I am Gabriella and this is a meditation for the rose path into the heart of love.
Begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down and gently closing your eyes.
Allow your body to settle.
Feel the weight of gravity holding you,
The breath flowing in and out,
Soft and natural.
With each exhale,
Let yourself soften.
Let go of any tension.
Let go of the day.
This is your time to come home to your heart,
To love,
To the sacred feminine.
Begin to imagine a soft rose coloured light swirling gently at the base of your spine.
With each breath in,
Invite this soft pink light to rise upward like a mist or a bloom unfolding,
Allowing this pink light to travel up your spine,
Through your belly,
Past your solar plexus,
Arriving gently at your heart.
Breathe in and let this light expand in your chest.
Breathe out and feel yourself soften into your heart space.
Inhaling love,
Exhaling surrender.
Now imagine a radiant rose,
Deep crimson or soft blush,
Unfolding in the centre of your heart.
Its petals are ancient,
Timeless,
Sacred.
This is the rose of Venus,
A symbol of love,
Beauty and divine feminine wisdom.
With every breath,
The rose blossoms open,
Petal by petal,
Revealing the pure essence of your heart.
Feel the presence of Venus surrounding you.
Soft,
Sensual,
Golden pink light shimmering in the air.
She invites you to receive love,
To become love,
To remember that love is your essence.
Breathe into your heart and whisper inwardly to yourself,
I am open to love.
I am love.
Now feel the presence of Mary Magdalene,
The High Priestess of the Rose.
She approaches in a cloak of crimson and gold,
With eyes full of compassion and fierce grace.
She places a hand on your heart.
Her touch awakens the ancient knowing within you,
The remembrance of the feminine mysteries,
Of softness and strength,
Devotion and desire,
Healing and sacred power.
Feel the warmth of her hand.
Feel her whisper through your soul.
You are the temple.
You are the holy chalice.
You are the beloved.
Let her words bathe you in remembrance.
Allow yourself to receive.
Allow yourself to feel.
Allow your heart to open gently and fully.
Breathe deeply now into this radiant heart of yours.
The rose still blooming.
The light of Venus still shimmering.
The presence of Mary Magdalene still holding you in love.
Feel this divine essence settling in your body,
In your bones,
In your being.
You are the rose.
You are the path.
You are the sacred love you seek.
Begin to bring awareness back to your body,
To the room,
To the here and now.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Placing your hands over your heart for a moment gently.
Offer yourself gratitude.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry this love with you.
Let your heart lead the way.
