I am Gabriella and this is a Scorpio meditation,
The alchemy of surrender.
Find a quiet private space to settle into.
Close down your eyes.
Let your hands rest gently,
Palms down grounding you,
Taking a slow breath in.
And as you exhale through the nose,
Feel yourself dropping down beneath the surface into the depths of your being,
Into the waters of your being.
Scorpio is the night sea,
The phoenix and the ashes,
The place where we die to be reborn.
This is the sign of intensity and truth,
The truth that strips away illusion,
The truth that liberates.
Imagine yourself standing before a vast ocean under a moonless sky.
The air is still,
The water is dark and alive.
You feel its pull,
Not with fear but with reverence.
Scorpio teaches us that to transform,
We must surrender.
To rise,
We must first descend.
What part of you is ready to be released?
What mask,
Story or attachment is ready to be shed?
As you breathe,
Imagine yourself slowly stepping into the ocean.
The water welcomes you,
It holds no judgement,
Only truth.
You are safe here,
Even in the unknown.
Allow yourself to sink,
Not to drown,
But to dissolve.
Let go.
Let go of the version of you that no longer fits.
Let go of the need to control.
Let go of what must die to allow something greater to be born.
Feel your breath move through you like waves,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Renewing.
Repeat softly to yourself or in your heart,
I surrender to transformation.
I am safe in the depths.
I reclaim my power and rise renewed.
Now imagine yourself emerging from the ocean.
Naked,
New and radiant with truth.
A phoenix rising from the ashes.
Scorpio reminds you,
Your power is in your willingness to transform.
Take one more deep breath in and as you exhale through the mouth,
Bringing yourself gently back to the present moment.
You are the mystery.
You are the fire in the dark.
You are the rebirth.
