I am Gabriella and this is a short guided meditation to balance the inner masculine and feminine energies.
Sacred Union.
Begin by finding a quiet,
Comfortable space to meditate.
Either sitting or laying down.
Gently closing your eyes and beginning to slow your breath down.
Extending the exhales.
Relaxing the nervous system.
Feel your body connecting with the ground beneath you.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Let the mind soften and the body unwind.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are whole.
Now bring your awareness to your left side.
Your receiving side.
The side of intuition,
Emotion,
Softness and inner wisdom.
This is the seat of your feminine energy.
Breathe into the left side of your body.
From your crown to your heart to your womb or belly.
Feel a gentle flowing energy like moonlight on water.
Cool,
Soft,
Nurturing.
This is the inner goddess.
Feel her presence within you.
Now shift your attention to your right side.
Your active side.
The side of direction,
Protection,
Clarity and structure.
This is your masculine energy.
Breathe into the right side of your body.
From your crown to your heart to your root.
Feel a steady grounded energy like sunlight warming stone.
Strong,
Present,
Focused.
This is the inner god.
Feel him within you.
Now bring your awareness to the centre of your chest.
Your heart space.
See the feminine energy from your left and the masculine from your right gently flowing toward one another.
Meeting together in the heart.
Merging like two streams becoming one river.
No conflict,
No resistance,
Only harmony.
They dance,
They embrace,
They bow to each other in reverence.
Feel the balance of these sacred energies within you.
The strength of your inner masculine holding space for the tenderness of your inner feminine to flow freely.
And the wisdom of your inner feminine guiding the direction of your masculine action.
Inhale union.
Exhale harmony.
Inhale balance.
Exhale wholeness.
You are both.
You are all.
You are one.
Take a few deeper breaths into the fullness of your being.
Notice how it feels to rest in balance.
To carry both fire and water.
To be both moon and sun.
Gently begin to return to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Whisper silently to yourself,
I honour all of me.
I am whole.
I am love.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry this inner union into your day.
Walking as the sacred bridge between worlds within yourself and through your life.
