You are listening to a meditation from Sound Science Soul.

In this meditation you are coming home to yourself.

The goal is just to listen to the words and integrate them.

Remembering that all we have is the present moment.

Find yourself here.

Find your peace.

Find what it's like to be in just this moment.

Not thinking of the past pain,

The past regrets,

Or anything that's to come in the future.

Because all that matters is this present moment.

Before we begin,

Just get comfortable either in a seated position or lying down if you prefer.

And then take three deep breaths in order to just come into yourself.

To center.

We'll start with the first breath,

Breathing in through the nose.

For about a count of six.

And then hold that breath for a little bit.

About a count of three.

And then just release that breath fully,

Completely emptying your lungs.

And then take a second breath.

Bring it in very deeply for about a count of six.

Just breathe as deeply as you can.

The numbers don't matter.

And then hold again for a count of three or so.

And then release that breath slowly but fully,

Completely emptying your lungs.

And then breathe in one final last time as deeply as you possibly can.

Feeling your abdomen,

Your diaphragm.

And then holding for a count of three or so.

And again release completely,

Fully,

Like you're emptying a balloon.

Every little last bit of air.

Now let's begin.

Sometimes you need to find yourself right where you are.

No expectation of future,

No focus on past.

Find yourself in the very moment.

Not concerned about what's outside you.

Not concerned about the past pain,

The past hurt.

The past mistakes.

What you may be facing in the future.

But find yourself in this very moment.

So nothing else exists.

All your concerns are wiped away.

And you meet yourself right here.

There's no person,

No situation,

No pain,

No sorrow.

Nothing exists but this present,

This quiet moment where you meet yourself.

You come into yourself and you find yourself here.

And all is wiped away.

And you realize that we can always start new.

In reality the past pains don't have to exist.

The future we're scared of doesn't have to exist.

But you can walk into every moment as it is.

As it is the only moment that exists.

Find yourself here in this place.

And all that you hate about yourself.

All that weighs you down.

All the self doubt.

Leave it as the baggage outside the door.

You meet yourself,

None of that comes with.

Just meet yourself in this place.

And find the peace that is here.

Gratitude.

Gratitude for finding yourself.

Knowing you have everything inside of you.

That you are here for your own journey.

That you are here to save yourself.

No one,

No thing,

Nowhere.

It is all inside of you.

Embrace you.

Embrace this moment.

Embrace the love that is in you.

That is for you.

That you came to this earth with.

This journey is for you.

Aum.
