
Full-Body Vibrational Alignment With 6-D Smoothing

This is a two-part meditation practice. In this first practice we utilize the 6 primary directions to smooth and balance energies from the outer extremes of your energy field. The intention here is to feel an energetic equilibrium within the system, before practicing chant with Om in the second practice. To help avoid musical expectancy, where the mind drifts off into melody, we incorporated smoothing background sounds like pink noise and chimes which also serve to add waves of sonic energy back into your system. Practicing focusing the mind and relaxing the body for this extended amount of time prepares the listener to experience more of the subtle layers available through toning the primordial sound of Om.

Good evening,
My OMies,
And welcome to the OM event.
This full body vibrational reset is designed to relax the body and focus the mind,
All in preparation for OMing.
If you'd like,
At the outset of our practice,
It's nice to take a few moments to gently stretch,
To move and breathe the body,
Gently activating the muscles of the body to engage in the intention of our practice.
As you're doing so,
Please call to mind an intention or focus that you'd like to have for this practice,
Or perhaps something that's been on your heart and mind lately that you'd like to focus on as a goal in your life.
You can also use the energy of this practice to contribute to that goal.
Just allowing that to come forward for you without efforting.
Discerning and choosing the goals that resonate strongly within the body.
The ones that make you feel most optimistic about your life.
And allowing the vision of that goal or goals fulfilled to come forward in your mind.
To breathe through the emotions around your heart space.
And to rest deep into the belly as a seed that will water throughout our practice today.
For now,
Let's go ahead and begin to get comfortable in your posture for practice.
Beginning to feel your feet on the floor.
Your legs resting balanced one to the other.
Hips and tailbone also balanced on your seat.
Your spine resting into its own natural curvature without efforting.
Until you feel a sense of buoyancy and being held up by the seat beneath you.
The foundations of the floor and the foundations of the earth beneath you.
Observing your shoulders.
Are they resting gently and balanced on either side of the spine?
As your arms rest down onto the thighs and your hands fold naturally into the mudra of your choice.
Observing the chin gently tucked backwards.
Teeth slightly parted.
As the muscles of your face also begin to soften.
To relax into the present moment.
Just breathing into the present moment.
Becoming aware of the energy of the breath itself as it draws in through the nostrils.
Upwards towards the brain and down into the bronchial tubes.
The hips,
Ribs,
Bones of the body.
Breathing ever so deeply.
We'll now take three deep breaths together holding at the top of each inhale and sighing with each exhale.
Breathing in.
And release.
Breathing in.
Breathing in.
And hold.
Hold a little longer.
As we begin to rotate our focused breath awareness through the body.
Call forward the vision of your goal fulfilled.
Trusting and knowing that all intentional vibrational shifts now are done to bring you into a state of alignment.
And vibrational resonance as your new normal.
Bringing a breath awareness now into the feet.
We're gonna smooth all energies in from the outermost right side to begin.
And for fun let's call it the outer rider.
Smoothing energies from the outer rider all the way in to the right foot.
And dropping them into the center sole of the right foot.
Bringing our awareness now to the left side of the body.
We're calling it the outer leftist of your energy field.
And smoothing energies in all the way in.
And dropping them into the center sole of your left foot.
Moving our focused breath awareness into the front outermost extremes of your energy field.
And smoothing those in all the way in through the toes.
And dropping them into the center soles of your feet.
And smoothing energies in from behind you.
The outermost extremes of your energy field behind you.
Smoothing them all the way in through the heels.
And dropping them into the center soles of your feet.
And smoothing now energies upwards from the core of the earth.
All the way up ever so gently.
Smoothing these energies in the soles of your feet.
And again moving our breath awareness to the uppermost extremes.
Into the heart of the cosmos.
And the home of your soul family.
Drawing those energies down.
Smoothly all the way down.
Down through the crown,
Down the spine.
All the way down.
And dropping them into the center soles of your feet.
These are the six directions.
We'll breathe and focus on smoothing energies from.
As we rotate our breath awareness through the whole body.
We'll move ever so gently smoothing these energies in for each location.
And bringing our breath awareness now into the legs,
The whole legs.
From the ankles,
Shins,
Calves,
Knees and thighs.
All the way up to the hip joints,
The whole legs.
Smoothing energies in from the outer rider.
Smoothing energies in from the outer leftist.
Smoothing energies in from in front of the body.
And smoothing energies in from behind.
Smoothing energies upwards from the core of the earth.
Smoothing energies downward from the heart of the cosmos.
Know that as you smooth these energies in from the outer rider.
You are balancing your masculine aspects of your energy field.
As you smooth these energies in from the outer leftist.
You are balancing the feminine aspects of your energy field.
And imagine that as you smooth energies in from in front of the body.
You allow your future self to fold into the present self.
And as you smooth energies in from behind you.
You are reminded that all that you've done has brought you into this present moment.
Mind that becomes a collapsible point that was once past.
Present and future is now.
Simply now.
And so we bring the breath awareness into the hollow of the pelvis.
And we allow the six directions to come into balance within the hollow of the pelvis.
Outer rider.
Outer leftist.
From your future self.
From your past.
Energies up swelling from the core of the earth.
And energies flowing down from the heart of the cosmos.
Into the hollow of the pelvis.
Bringing your breath awareness into the belly.
The whole waistline.
Everything below the diaphragm.
The lower spine.
Into the center of the belly.
And upwards now.
Into the heart space.
Bringing those outer rider energies all the way in from the outer extremes.
Through the fingertips.
Palms.
Through the arms and shoulders.
All the way into the center heart space.
Outer leftmost extremes of your energy field in through the fingertips.
Palms and arms.
Through the shoulders.
All the way in to the central core of the heart space.
From the forward future extremes.
All the way in through the nipples and breast tissues.
All the way in to the central core heart space.
And from behind you.
From your past all the way in through the scapula.
Your bony wings.
All the way in past the ribs into the central core of the heart space.
Taking a moment to breathe.
The large muscle groups of the back.
Smoothing energies up from the core of the earth.
All the way up.
And energies down all the way down from the heart of the cosmos.
Feel these energies ramping up within the heart space.
And the greater expanse of the whole body smoothing in.
Into balance.
Into this present moment.
This present body.
This present new normal.
And bringing our breath awareness into the hollow of the throat.
The outer leftist.
Your future self.
Your past path.
Smoothing the energies up from the core of the earth.
And receiving.
Those energies filtering down.
Raining down from the heart of the cosmos.
Into hollow and greater expanse of the throat.
Let's do this again now as we bring our breath awareness into the center of the brain.
Observing the energies that have risen into this point of practice.
And drawing the energies in from the outer right ear.
And through the ear.
The right temple.
All the way into the center of the brain.
And smoothing energies in.
From the outer leftist.
And through the ear.
The left temples and muscles of the face.
To the center of the brain.
And smoothing energies in.
Folding in your future self.
Into the center of the brain.
Feel the muscles of your face respond as these energies are gently smoothed in through these face muscles.
Forehead and upper crown.
And smoothing in the energies from behind you.
From what has been.
Through the area where the skull meets the spine.
Way into the center of the brain.
And smoothing these energies upwards now from the core of the earth.
From the heart of the cosmos.
To the center of the brain.
This is your time now to allow yourself to feel your way into.
Balance.
Presence of mind.
Quickening of spirit.
As your heart and mind are aligned into your new normal.
As you sit in perfect balance.
All extremes.
In harmony one with the other.
It's time to be still.
To check in with what you know.
Beyond the intellectual pursuits and aspirations we all share.
It's time to simply be present where you are.
As you are.
You are enough.
And there's plenty and enough time for everything.
At it's own right time.
For now we unwind.
We come a little undone as we untether.
From the day to day responsibilities that drive us.
To consciously arrive here.
Within the higher harmonies and balance of yourself.
Home within the heart space.
And home within the safety of the circle that we create together.
With our combined intentions to rest.
Even as we are activated and renewed.
Allow yourself to become aware of your universal connection.
That includes the earth and all upon it.
Beyond the ideas of connection.
We know ourselves in some very real sense.
Connected.
All that we are.
Afloat within the larger beautiful unfolding waves of existence.
How positively sweet it is to exist.
Within the vibrant vibrational field of life.
How sweet it is being here now.
Practicing letting go.
And trusting ourselves carried.
A love so perfect that it almost aches to extend it's radiant grace.
That you would receive it in total.
Know that as you listen.
I am not only some random disembodied voice in the background.
I am flesh and bones embodiment of the same light and love.
From whence you come.
And I am your companion along the path home.
I am rooting for you.
That you are love.
Let the sound vibrations of love ring through you.
With these last few breaths of sound and vibration.
Let this love water the seeds of your becoming.
Let the seeds of your becoming.
Expand in your consciousness.
Into their highest unfolding potentials.
And when we come back together again to create the sound of oh.
Allow these vibrations that you currently feel and embody.
To expand through the sounds that you create.
For now,
This is the natural conclusion of our practice.

Very interesting concept. I’ve never been led in a meditation quite like this one. Quite soothing and useful for diluting the noise of my energy field.
