We can also allow these to pass.
Make notice of them without any judgment.
Allow the sounds to guide you.
Feeling the tension when they arise and then letting go.
And when they change,
Change with the sounds.
Allow yourself to let go.
So be aware of how the sounds move around you from left to right,
Up,
Down,
Or behind you.
Now turn your focus inward to your breath.
