Let's find ways to let go.

Let's start by breathing.

Take a deep breath in and exhale out slowly.

Let's try that again.

Inhale slowly and exhale slowly.

Using your whole body,

Shake out all of the energy.

This can be your wrists,

Your hands,

Your arms,

Your shoulders,

Your legs,

And your toes.

Shake them all out gently.

Now find a nice,

Relaxing,

Comfortable position.

Any thoughts or emotions that come up are completely normal.

We can also allow these to pass.

Make notice of them without any judgment.

Allow the sounds to guide you.

Feeling the tension when they arise and then letting go.

And when they change,

Change with the sounds.

Allow yourself to let go.

So be aware of how the sounds move around you from left to right,

Up,

Down,

Or behind you.

Now turn your focus inward to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and exhale out all of that energy.

Let's try that again.

Inhaling in and breathing out slowly.

Let's return to our breathing and remember to let go.

Let's try that again.
