This guided meditation is accompanied by a special sound healing protocol for grounding and steadiness. Listeners are encouraged to find a steady and comfortable posture. Hand-hammered singing bowls are played while Denise offers specific cues to help draw the physical body to the present moment, and the mind into a listening state. Here, listeners can rest, reboot, and release tension.

Transcript

Begin to tune into the feel of your breath and the sound of the bowls.

Following your inhale and exhale as they are naturally.

Taking a comfortable seated posture.

Take time to feel centered in your seat.

Rolling through the shoulders,

Loosening down the arms.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Be in your seat,

Steady in your breath.

Feeling the flow of your inhale and exhale naturally.

No need to adjust.

Relax the forehead.

Listen the jaw and let the tongue rest.

Sound of washing down the body.

Bringing you into your seat,

Down to the feet.

Follow the sound.

Feel your breath.

Feel of your feet.

Feel the breath at the tip of the nose.

Nowhere to be,

Nowhere to get to.

This is enough.

Creating space for the breath.

If you'd like,

Deepen the inhale and a longer exhale.

Allowing the sounds of the bowls to help you deepen and create space for your inhale and a cleansing exhale.

Allowing you to settle into your seat,

Settling into the breath and a listening space.

The natural flow of the inhale.

The exhale.

Presence,

Steadiness.

Centeredness.

The inhale.
