Take a few giant deep breaths in through your nose and out of your mouth as you arrive.
Today's theme is Grateful Living.
Gratitude is a powerful practice that can transform our perspective and bring more peace and joy into our lives.
By focusing on what we have and appreciating it,
We can cultivate a sense of true contentment and fulfillment.
Sink into a quiet space and posture that feels good.
If it feels safe,
Gently close your eyes and invite in a sense of stillness.
Today's breathwork technique is called Heart-Centered Breathing.
This technique involves focusing your breath and awareness on the heart area,
Which can help you connect more deeply with feelings of gratitude and love.
It's a beautiful way to center yourself and appreciate the present moment.
I will give you some guidance on rhythm,
But you can really take this technique at your own pace,
One that feels super nourishing to you.
Now let's begin Heart-Centered Breathing.
Slowly breathing in through your nose and directing your breath to your heart area.
Imagine your breath filling your heart with warmth and glowing light.
On the exhale,
Slowly breathing out of your mouth,
Letting go of any negativity or stress.
Feel your heart area relaxing and opening.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
Continue the cycle,
Focusing on the sensations around your heart.
With each inhale,
Feel gratitude filling your heart.
Exhale,
Releasing anything that doesn't serve you.
Inhale,
Filling your heart with gratitude.
Exhale,
Releasing anything that doesn't serve you and opening up your heart space.
Inhale and exhale.
And now bringing to mind something or someone that you are grateful for.
Recognize this person or this thing in your mind and feel the gratitude expanding in your heart.
Notice how this feeling of gratitude can bring a sense of peace and contentment.
By focusing on what we have and appreciating it.
We can transform our outlook and find joy and contentment in the present moment.
Resting both hands on top of your heart.
Acknowledging the love and gratitude within.
Acknowledging all emotions and all experiences that you carry because all of you matters.
Gently floating your eyes open,
Returning to the space.
Sending you peace,
Love and gratitude.
