This is Ranjith here and today we create our future with this visualization meditation.
I love Albert Einstein's quote which goes like this,
Imagination is everything.
It is the preview of life's coming attractions.
This meditation is best done if you have a goal of what you want in different areas of your life like health,
Wealth,
Relationships and career.
You could always pause this meditation,
Set your goals and come back.
It is ideal to lie down during this meditation,
Get comfortable.
If you wear glasses I recommend you to remove them.
Arms slightly away from the body and feet slightly away from each other.
Relax your fingertips,
Allow your toes to let go of any tension and close your eyes now.
As within so without.
Your external world is a reflection of your internal world.
Our manifestations might be external but the real manifestation is you,
Your concept of self.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it all go with a relaxing exhale through your mouth.
Let's do this a couple of more times.
Long deep breath in and relaxing exhale out.
Let's do this one more time.
Sweet long deep breath in and a relaxing exhale out.
Visualize a scenario that would signal your wish fulfilled.
It could be a simple scene where a friend is congratulating you or you driving a new car or holding hands of a special person in your romantic life or someone complimenting you on your healthy body.
Imagine your selected scene as vividly as possible.
Note that there are two ways to visualize.
One is to see yourself in the scene like watching a movie.
The other is live the scene.
Visualize like you're living it.
I want you to use the second option.
Live your imagination.
Be in the scenario and feel yourself in the scene.
What are the visuals?
Imagine vividly.
Are there any tastes involved?
Is there an aroma,
A smell associated with the visual?
Do you hear any sounds in the scene?
I'll leave you for a minute to visualize your goal achieved.
You living your best life.
Make your imagination as lifelike as possible.
If your visual is short,
Let it loop.
What are the feelings associated with your manifestation?
Could you bring into your mind the feelings you would feel if your goal is achieved or the dream fulfilled?
Could you spend another minute focusing on those feelings?
It is done.
Let go of the visualization now.
Give it to the universe to work its magic and detach from the result.
Gently become aware of your body and the surface that you're lying on.
Become aware of your breath and whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
I recommend doing this visualization meditation for every aspect of your life.
Have scenarios for all aspects and visualize them separately or together whenever you can on a daily basis.
