Hello,

Beautiful souls.

Thank you for choosing yourself today,

For taking this time out to be with yourself.

In this meditation,

We will learn to center ourselves and experience what it truly feels like to be in the moment.

Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position.

You can sit up straight or lie down if you wish.

Gently close your eyes and start taking deep,

Intentional breaths.

Keep doing this gently and slowly.

And feel the expansiveness of this simple exercise,

This simple technique of deep,

Intentional breathing.

There is nowhere for you to be but right here,

Right now.

So take it slow.

Keep breathing.

And relax your body,

Relax your mind.

Don't worry about thoughts that keep popping up.

They're welcome.

Witness them,

Acknowledge them,

Observe them.

Practice curiosity.

Why is this thought coming up?

Why is my mind bringing this thought to my attention right now?

It's okay to say,

I need this space for myself right now.

I need to be in this moment right now.

The best way to be present is to engage your senses.

Start to become aware of your body in this moment.

How are you feeling?

What are you feeling?

What is the temperature like in your room right now?

Can you feel the coolness or the warmth in your skin?

Can you feel the air brushing against your cheeks?

Are there any sensations coming up within your body?

Are you getting the goosebumps?

Do you feel the tingles all over your body or a sense of calmness,

Of peace?

Pay attention to the little details,

The little sensations that are coming up.

Now what can you hear around you?

The smallest sound makes a difference.

And maybe you can pay attention to the sound of silence too.

Remind yourself that in this moment,

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are protected.

And you are breathing.

In this very moment,

Every second,

You are alive.

Your soul still has a purpose here on earth.

And that purpose can be as simple as learning to live joyfully and learning to always come back to love no matter how tough your life can be.

That purpose can be learning to trust yourself,

Learning to be kind to yourself and to care for yourself deeply.

Be present with that knowing.

Now let's take three deep,

Intentional breaths to ground ourselves back before we begin our day.

Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Have a beautiful day ahead.
