We begin by taking a couple of nice deep breaths in and out.
Just breathing in and letting it all go.

Filling the lungs with the life force energy and letting it all go.
And now allow your breath to go back to that gentle,
Quiet in and out.
The breath that is just right for you.
And as you breathe gently,
Your body begins to let go.
You're able to give the physical body permission to become still,
To become quiet,
To find the moments of peace.
And as you sit comfortably,
You begin to become aware of your feet on the floor and the powerful energy of gravity.
Gravity holding you in place,
Holding your body still,
Pulling on your body,
Stopping you from drifting away into space,
Holding you on Mother Earth.
And gravity has the most beautiful effect of being able to make you feel heavier,
But in the best possible way.
And perhaps as your body relaxes and feels the power of gravity,
You can begin to feel or imagine sensations in your body,
Perhaps a heaviness in the thighs or tingling across the shoulders.
As you breathe slowly and deeply and your body begins to let go and find that peace.
Your body becoming quieter and more relaxed with each breath and with each moment in time as the beautiful,
Powerful force of gravity holds you in place,
Holds your body still and allows you to let go,
Allows you to breathe in all those areas of tension,
Allows you to find beautiful stillness.
And as the body relaxes and finds that peace and your breath begins to slow even more,
You begin to find that your mind,
Your mind begins to become still.
The space between the thoughts becomes longer and you're able to acknowledge the thoughts and let them go.
Letting go,
Allowing stillness,
Allowing space,
Space within the head,
Space between the thoughts,
Allow that space to grow.
Finding moments of pure stillness,
Pure quietness and as you breathe in gently,
Body relaxed,
Mind still,
You become aware of this cosmic energy above your head.
It's like this divine starlight and it's wanting to shine down into your head,
To shine down into your crown chakra,
The top of your head.
Allow this cosmic energy to gently begin to fill the mind,
To fill the head,
To fill the brain.
And as this energy fills the head,
It relaxes and softens.
You find your eyes relax deeper into your skull,
Your eyelids soften and let go.
Your jaw begins to relax and you let go.
You let go of all the tension in your face,
Face softening,
Skin relaxed,
Scalp relaxed.
Jaw releasing and free.
And as this cosmic energy moves into your head,
It brings this beautiful sense of peace,
Stillness and space.
Finding space within the head,
Allowing you to fully empty the mind,
To fully empty the mind,
To allow for the new and the exciting and the different and the change to come in.
This cosmic light allowing you moments of freedom,
Moments of space,
Moments of complete stillness.
Stillness in the body and in the mind.
And as the mind continues to let go,
So the body is able to find deeper places of relaxation.
And as the body becomes still and relaxed,
So the mind can find a deeper place of stillness and you can let go even more,
Even more.
Taking yourself to the deepest part of stillness as this cosmic energy continues to flow into your head and now into your body,
Flowing down through your body.
This cosmic light,
This divine light,
This light from above,
Able to release and let go.
Allowing you to find this deep,
Deep stillness,
This perfect place of quietness,
This glorious stillness.
You're able to find your magic in this stillness and it feels good.
It feels good just to be still,
Just to be empty,
Empty for this moment in time.
This cosmic light,

The close And taking a nice deep breath.
Beginning to fill the body with life force energy again.
And maintaining this beautiful stillness,

So still and so comfortable.
And then taking another nice deep breath in,
Filling the body up with this beautiful life force energy.
And letting it all go.
