Golden Sun And Nurturing Earth

Something different that I am playing around with. A meditation that follows two stories. The golden sunlight and the stable powerful nurturing earth. Left and right hemisphere story so please use a stereo headset. Deep relaxation and stillness, beautifully peaceful.

And you begin by taking some nice deep calming breaths.

Imagine yourself outside and as you breathe you begin to realize that gravity is pulling and holding you.

Gravity has this beautiful hold on you.

It's almost as if your feet are sinking into the ground.

What a beautiful river.

Gravity.

The power of Mother Earth.

It doesn't really matter.

Holding you as long as it feels good to you.

And Mother Earth is so powerful.

The sky holds you and provides you with this beautiful nurturing,

Very clear love.

And it's a warm day.

Providing a warm sun is day.

Always caring and providing.

And in the sky safety is a dazzling sun.

Perfect safety.

And it's so bright in this beautiful strength.

You just want to close your eyes of gravity and feel the warmth that stops you from drifting,

Drifting away.

So imagine this now drifting in your mind out into the space and direct the sun down the beautiful through your body.

Dark head into Mother Earth of the Earth.

It comes in through as this energy,

The support,

And you could feel the sky getting to pull this love.

That's coming from the Earth.

Holding the Sun supporting,

Filling your legs up.

This beautiful energy beginning to rise.

And you could feel the warmth through your body,

Up the body into your pelvis.

The power of gravity.

Supporting the light from the sun.

A comfortable stomach.

Comfortable heaviness.

The abdomen as the light from the Earth just holds,

Supports those cares.

Comforts.

Feel the sun rise running through your body to the body.

The energy,

And as you do this of Mother Earth moving,

You find that your body begins to relax into the body,

Into the legs.

And you do.

You do let go into the knees,

Into the pelvis.

And it's a beautiful day.

This calming,

Silvery,

You move the light from the sun.

Earth energy moving upwards into your chest,

Through your body,

Through the back,

Opening and into the chest.

And awakening the chakras,

The beautiful sun's warmth,

The root,

The sacral,

The light of the sun,

The solar plexus,

Filling your mind.

And the silver energy now moving to the heart center,

The energetic centers.

And it begins to continue up,

Filling,

Bringing balance and bringing light.

Bringing this divine light and beauty permeates and fills Mother Earth.

Throat awakening and into the head and the third eye,

Releasing stress.

Beautiful.

As you breathe out,

Relaxing,

Calming.

Mind now empty,

So deeply relaxed.

Beautiful,

Calmness.

Letting go and at peace as life and love in your own world and flow moves as the golden rays of the sun ground you.

The silvery move powerful into your throat.

Earth energy covering,

Awakening your divine voice,

Anointing you and blessing you.

Filling beauty with this golden rays of light of Mother Earth.

The sunlight moves the divine,

Beautiful into your head.

Feminine energy allows you to be this creator,

The beautiful creator.

And it's a beautiful feeling to create of you to be here right now of your own world.

The warmth creating the light,

The light and the golden rays of sunlight that can emanate from you permeate when you are in this place.

Your joy,

Love and creativity into the nerves and the beauty in your skull.

Stillness,

Peace,

Awakening your higher consciousness.

That's right.

Awakening,

Awakening,

Expanding consciousness to God within consciousness on all such a beautiful day.

Levels within you feel the light shining,

The beautiful all around you.

Stillness,

Security,

Safety of the mother,

The Mother Earth.

You have become that the sunlight that is holding a blaze of yellow golden light to be that silver.

Be that divine,

Silvery energy relaxed,

Flowing like liquid still through the body,

Through the mind,

The golden ray and into moving through space around around your body.

The space around you.

That energy through that is unseen,

But very much your bones and part of your structure.

The divinity,

All the muscles connected within,

Reliable to let go and at peace,

Peace,

That's right.

And more peace.

You begin as time open,

Begins and expand to slow down and your energy body grows magnificently expanding wonderfully,

Filling with light,

Completely at ease,

Filling your body.

That's right.

Divine light.

You can do this emanating right now in every part relaxed of your being safe,

Secure,

Comfortable,

Very comfortable,

Letting go.

Absolutely.

Right now.

And it's a beautiful day,

Always as you expand,

You can expand further awareness,

Still consciousness expanding your light body,

Light growing stronger,

Stronger and stronger within your mind's eye.

Stillness,

Peace,

The true light that you are.

Peace.

Let it be.

Let it go.

That's right.

Your whole body is now totally enveloped in this pure golden light,

Silver light balance from the top of your head,

The bottom of your feet,

All the way down to the tips of your toes,

All the way through your body to the crown as your body relaxes even more and beyond.

So relax your mind relaxes to further deeper still.

And as your mind completely lets go now,

Letting go completely relaxes perfect beautifully,

You begin to notice,

I notice that the sun stillness is going down and the moon,

The sun that's going down,

The silvery moon and down begins deeper to display itself and deeper in the dark.

The sky darkness ablaze with an abundance of colors,

Moonlight colors and light silvery,

Reflective bright,

Reflecting the blues with yellow streaks,

The inner order,

The inner world.

It's a beautiful evening.

It's a beautiful night.

And it's my relaxes.

Still,

Let's go still releasing everything that is holding you back release.

Let go comfortable.

Sinks down further.

Over the horizon,

Beautiful beauty until his place,

Dark sky.

The black dark night velvet sky safety and twinkling up there in the sky beauty,

Wonder,

Joy,

Illumination is that single twinkling star.

That's right.

That star now focus your mind.

You can focus it completely on that star focus inwards.

You can see nothing else matters except this.

The divine being single,

The divine light sparkling the stars of your world.

You are.

And it's a beautiful night.

It's always beautiful.

Moving towards that star in the sky.

Beauty up,

Up and up,

Up and up and away.

Your body completely weightless as it lifts up to the star beauty,

Joy,

Peace,

Higher stillness and higher away and up higher until all at once.

So peaceful.

You are that star in the night sky.

So much beauty,

So much joy.

You are that beautiful star.

So much love twinkling away.

Twinkle that silver solitary star in that velvet night sky beauty.

You become the star glorious.
