This meditation takes you beyond the stars and light of the heart space, into the deepest, stillest part of your inner world. Here, in the silent core of the heart, everything falls away, leaving only peace, presence, and the quiet truth of who you really are. It’s a powerful yet gentle invitation to dissolve into pure being, beyond thought, beyond form.

Let's begin by getting very quiet.

Just finding a place where your body feels supported.

You don't need to sit perfectly.

You don't need to do anything special.

Just be you.

As you take a slow and gentle breath in and let it out through the mouth.

Letting any tension melt.

Your breath letting your nervous system know that you're safe.

Take another breath.

And with this one,

Feel yourself dropping from your head into the heart.

And bring your awareness right into the center of your chest.

That heart space that you visited before.

The one that opens up like a universe.

Maybe you see the stars again or the soft colors of swirling light.

But today,

We're going even deeper.

All the light,

The movement,

Even the beauty begins to dissolve.

There's nothing to hold on to.

Just let it all fall away.

And what remains is the stillness,

Silent.

This is the inner sanctum.

The very core of the heart.

There's nothing here for you to understand.

Nothing here for you to do.

Only to be.

To be here now.

In this quiet,

Sacred space.

It may feel like a vast,

Infinite black sky.

Or a velvet blanket of silence.

It's not empty.

It's not lonely.

It's full of the presence of you.

This is where the eternal you lives.

The part that is untouched by trauma.

By the story.

By time.

Just pure awareness.

Still.

Silent.

Alive.

And you let yourself dissolve into it.

The you beginning to fade.

To soften.

Let the I fade.

No need to find words.

Just stay here.

Very gently begin to return to the form.

To the body.

Feel the weight.

The gentle rising and falling.

The space around you.

As you take a soft breath in.

And let it all go with the exhale.

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes.

Having a gentle stretch.

And when you're ready.

Open your eyes.

Still connected.

Still here.

Still held.

In the quiet truth of your heart.
