And we breathe nice and deep,

Breathing in this beautiful oxygen,

This beautiful life force energy.

And it feels good to breathe.

It feels good to take it all in and allow that oxygen,

That life force energy to move all the way around your body.

And as you breathe,

You can allow the eyes to gently close,

If they're not closed already.

And begin to sense,

Imagine,

Feel or dream about this inner peace,

This inner peace that is within your body right now.

And this ability you have to be able to turn this peace on,

This stillness,

This calmness,

This ability to just let go.

That's right,

You let go and relax.

Your breath,

A comfortable,

Calming,

Beautiful fall and rise of the chest.

And it feels good,

It feels good to just sit and breathe.

And as you breathe,

The body begins to let go.

You begin to unwind,

You begin to find moments of stillness,

Heaviness and comfort in the body.

In your body,

Peace,

Stillness,

Allowing you to relax deeply,

Calmly.

And as your body relaxes,

Finds this deep stillness,

Your mind is able to also let go and relax.

Is able to also find moments of stillness.

You find that the thoughts between,

You find that the moments of stillness grow,

Last for slightly longer.

And you're able,

Easily,

Effortlessly,

Letting go,

Letting go.

That's right,

This beautiful stillness,

Calmness.

It's like a wave of relaxation that just moves through your body,

Moves beautifully through your body,

Bringing that calmness,

That heaviness,

That stillness,

That peace.

And it's from this moment of peace that you're able to begin to notice your heartbeat,

Your heart beating in your chest.

Perhaps you can feel it,

Perhaps you can hear it,

But you definitely know whether you can hear it,

Feel it or not,

That it is beating and it hasn't stopped beating.

Your heart continues,

Continues to keep you alive.

Never once forgetting to beat,

Never once forgetting to pump the beautiful,

Oxygenated blood around your body,

Always beating.

We take this beautiful heartbeat for granted.

How often,

If ever,

Do we actually say thank you to our hearts?

Do we actually have any gratitude for our hearts?

So either using your mind or saying the words out loud,

Say thank you heart,

Have gratitude,

Be grateful that your heart,

Your unique beat,

Your unique rhythm,

Continues moment by moment to bring this beautiful life force energy around your body.

Never questioning your mind or your emotions or your motives,

Just continuing to beat and to allow you to experience the wonders and the joys and all the other emotions of this world.

Take a few more moments now,

Just to be extremely grateful.

Perhaps you can see yourself giving your heart a hug,

A warm embrace,

Or perhaps you can start to feel that warmth that the heart generates in your chest.

It doesn't matter if you can't see or feel.

You can also just know,

Know,

And send gratitude to your heart.

And as you do that,

You begin to notice and feel sensations and energy in your body.

And it's good.

It feels good.

It sounds good.

It is good.

You just know with every part of your being that it is just right for you in this moment in time.

And you're able to love your heart as much as your heart loves you.

And breathe.

Take this stillness and this love out into your world as your body begins to gradually come back to this present moment.

Breathing in nice and deep now,

Feeling that surge of energy in the body.

And when you're ready,

And of course with ease and grace,

Bring yourself back to the present moment.
