There is so much noise all around us,
So many opinions and advice.
There's so many things coming at us all the time.
And I want you to imagine that there's a dial,
Maybe like one on the radio in your car or some sort of volume control and see yourself turning down the volume.
As you do this,
You're turning down the noise of the outside world.
And as the noise level goes down,
You can feel a spaciousness opening up around you.
The stillness,
The quiet,
It may feel unfamiliar at first,
But you realize that you've been longing for this sense of peace for a long time,
And you didn't know how to get to it to access it.
But now you're here in this quiet stillness,
And you start to hear the whispers of your soul,
The wisdom that you hold within you.
It finally has this space to come forward,
And it's sharing its loving message with you.
All you have to do in this moment is breathe and be open to hearing what's coming forward for you.

Notice any sensations in your body.
