A rose knows just how to bloom.

From a tiny acorn,

A mighty oak tree is formed.

All living things are magnificent works of intelligence and art.

We are often eager to learn,

To sort out the facts.

But maybe we can step back for a moment and just sit in awe and wonder at the amazing wisdom of the universe.

That very wisdom that creates all life resides within you.

Let's begin to close our eyes and bring our attention to our breath.

Feel a sense of ease wash over you as you begin to lengthen your breath.

Feel the energy that flows through your body.

Feel your innate wisdom.

There's nothing you need to do,

Nowhere else you need to be right now.

Just relax into this moment.

We often think we have to figure out the steps,

Know all the possible outcomes.

We search for solutions and answers from the world around us.

We often have blinders on powering through a problem,

Assuming that there is only one right answer.

Sometimes even resisting help and resisting being open to alternate paths to a solution.

Today we are going to let the how of what we are trying to accomplish fall away.

And allow ourselves to trust that actions we need to take and the choices we need to make will present themselves at exactly the right moment.

Think back to a time where you found yourself facing a challenge and things seemed to just magically work themselves out.

The people,

Places,

Things and actions you needed to take came to you at just the right moment.

And you were able to take the necessary steps or just allow for things to happen the way they needed to.

It is not that we never need to plan or take action.

But we often do much more,

Use much more force,

Put in more needless effort than we realize and we end up working against ourselves.

When we remember that the universe is always working for you,

No matter how much we push against life,

Life keeps moving forward.

What if instead of resisting,

We allow,

We allow ourselves to go with the flow of life,

We let go of control and trust that life is working for our greatest good.

We might have more zest for life,

We may feel less burdened and weighed down by the seemingly endless responsibilities that we have placed upon our own shoulders.

We often have this idea that we can and should control many of the situations and people in our life experience.

When in reality,

We only really have control over ourselves.

Sitting in meditation helps us to go beyond the thoughts in our mind,

Not push against them or resist them,

But allow them to settle like the settling of a dust storm.

You sitting here today in this moment is such a wonderful step towards connecting with your inner wisdom.

So today,

We take a deep breath and let go,

Let go of all the fear,

Let go of all the trying to control.

And we begin to feel a shift,

Feel a whiteness and ease wash over you,

Feel your inner wisdom and knowing.

We must first allow for a shift in our vibration,

A change in our perspective in order to allow space for our inner wisdom.

When we raise our vibration,

However slightly,

We begin to experience the world from a different place.

We often look to the outer world for answers when turning inward is where true wisdom can be found.

Continue to breathe.

Allow yourself to be empowered by the knowing that the wisdom you seek is within you.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and allow a smile to light your face.
