Hi,
This is Sumit Jain and I'm here in this beautiful place along with you today for day 9 of the 21 days meditation series.
Today I am in a very small forest very near to my home and we're going to be walking through this mini forest or a lagoon and it's a magnificent small wildlife going on in this lagoon and we're all going to meditate here.
It's one of the most tranquil places that are found in the southern part of China and the beauty of this meditation is that you can be wherever you are in the world but you can tap into this sweetness and you can bring all this into you.
You just have to open yourself up to the sweetness inside wherever you are in the world and all these things will come and flow through you.
So let's find a beautiful place to meditate together.
Remember we are going to spend our meditation in nature today here in this mini forest or here in this lagoon where we are surrounded by birds,
We are surrounded by coloured creatures and it's magnificent here.
There's a small stream of water which has so many different kinds of fishes.
I can see some shrimps,
I can see some small frogs and so whatever type of species you are tapping into whether it is birds or it is one of those many many types of plants and trees that are connected with each other here.
Just feel this meditation in nature and then hopefully you can replicate it in your own life and you can meditate out in nature as well.
And today this is going to be your mantra,
The nature mantra.
So in this meditation again just sit with closed eyes or you can do an open eye meditation.
It's up to you.
If you do an open eye meditation you will take in the clouds,
You can feel and see the sun and the breeze.
You can feel and see all the plants and the wetlands.
You can see the plants swing with the wind with this gentle small breeze going on.
But if you like to have your eyes closed then you'll hear all the sounds of nature and you can even have some deeper experiences of the vibrations around you.
So you choose whether you want to keep your eyes closed or you want to keep them eyes opened.
And begin just using the sounds of nature as your mantra.
Sit gently and enjoy this sounds of nature as your mantra.
And I'll watch the time for you and enjoy this mantra with your eyes closed.
Let's begin and let's just float.
I think it's time to come out of the nature mantra and just sit in silence for some time.
Just floating in the nature.
Take a very slow deep breath in and take in all the fresh air and the energy from this forest and simply let go.
Another slow deep breath in and gently let go.
Let's seal this meditation by chanting Aum together.
Take a deep breath in.
Aum.
Aum.
We have provided you today all the best in your life.
Whatever you are doing right now and whatever you have been doing for the past 9 days together.
It's just a few more days until this becomes a daily ritual for you.
So on behalf of all the meditators who have joined with us today at this moment,
We thank you for staying with us,
For tapping with us into this stillness and the silence within for the past 9 days.
Have a wonderful day ahead and I'll see you tomorrow again.
Until then,
Namaste.
