Hi this is Sumit Jain and it's day 8 of the 21 day meditation series and this is going to be a very very special meditation.
We are sitting at a beach here and we are going to do an ocean meditation.
So come on let's go.
Can you hear that?
Can you hear the waves?
Just breathe deeply and just keep on hearing the waves and this will be our mantra for today's meditation.
Don't just bother about anything just sink your breath into the ocean.
Don't do anything with it just gently flood with the waves and I will watch the time for you and if you notice that you've shifted away to thoughts in your mind or to some physical sensations that's okay just gently drift back to the waves just sit gently with your eyes closed and now if you'd like to meditate with your eyes open and gaze out into the ocean and experience the entire sea life then have this meditation with an open eye.
It's okay.
So let's begin.
You you you you you you you you you I think it's time for you to come back now but just feel the Sun on your face feel the laughter of the birds feel the softness of the clouds just float through who you really are you've got that now and you've connected to this sweet universe enjoy this feeling because this is the beauty of meditation you you you now let's seal this meditation by chanting home together so take a deep breath in take another long deep breath of ocean energy the ocean prana in let's seal this meditation by chanting home together Oh you hmm but it feels comfortable you can slowly open your eyes and look around this magnificent surroundings the aura of true brilliance the oceans bliss which is radiating from you from within you right now look around those thousands of your meditating friends who are tapping into this ocean it doesn't matter where you're living right now maybe you are thousands of miles from the ocean it doesn't matter because the energy is radiating from you enjoy this feeling all through the day this is me Jen wishing you peace and abundance and ocean prana in you and radiating from you namaste
