Have you noticed that recently there is a whole new shift in how people look at their lives and it's kind of moving from self-improvement to self-mastery? Over the years as a coach to some of the most highly successful entrepreneurs in the world, I've developed a whole system focusing on particular types of concepts and strategies, which over a period of time, allows any individual in any Walk of Life to develop total self-mastery.

Hello,

This is Sumit Jain and welcome to day 10 of the 21 day meditation series.

We are almost at the halfway point now and such a profound and powerful step in your life,

In all of our lives.

And as we go deeper and deeper into the exploration of unconditioned self and as we touch the stillness and as we touch the silence and as we keep going deeper we are compelled to ask ourselves who are we?

Who are we?

Are we this flesh,

This body of flesh that we are sealed in for the span of this lifetime?

Are we all these 60,

000 to 80,

000 thoughts a day which are pouring in all these impressions which are landing on us?

All these sounds,

Sights,

Tastes,

Aromas,

The physical sensations?

Or are we an emotional being?

Or are we our egos?

Or are we a pure bliss,

Pure love,

Pure unbounded and fully conditioned soul?

So probably you think of yourself as all of these things at various different times and we must be reminded that we are a multi-dimensional being.

We have a physical body but we are not that body.

We have a subtle body of light inside our physical body but we are not that body also.

In fact we live simultaneously on so many levels and according to the ancient yoga or traditions from which meditation is derived we are multifaceted beings becoming intimate with the various dimensions of our nature which enables us to live with greater vitality,

Greater creativity and much more expanded happiness.

So for our initial understanding we understand that we have this physical body which is comprised of matter and eternal energy.

Eternal means which has no beginning and no end and everything is truly just an energy but when it is compressed and it becomes more dense that's when it's perceived as matter and this physical body encompasses the internal energy within,

The eternal energy within and this energy is actually our original body.

This is our life force,

The prana or the chi or the soul which brings life to the matter of our body.

So many books have been written on this vital energy based on the premise of this life force,

This pranic flow that infuses our body from the moment life begins and then leaves the physical body when we die.

To keep this vital force working in our favor the true and the golden key is becoming more conscious of the choices we make to engage in this world just simply by minimizing the toxicity and maximizing nourishment to being healthy mentally spiritually and physically and to do all these things certainly meditation helps us to make those better choices those more nourishing choices by enhancing our ability to listen to the needs of our eternal body,

The eternal soul.

In addition to our physical body we have an angelic body,

The body of light.

It is similar to our physical body in shape and size the only difference is that it is not physical it is made up of light.

It has all our sensory organs but much much more powerful and without any physical limitations.

It can fly and reach anywhere it wants to it can experience anything it perceives and then of course in addition to the physical body and the subtle body is our causal body and this is our underlying field of consciousness which includes our soul.

This eternal soul which includes our mind the fantastic machine which produces our thoughts our desires our emotions it also includes our intellect the choice maker the processor the good and bad machine and our ego our sense of self our self-esteem our self-image and whenever minds and emotions are turbulent we experience the world as challenging but when our mind and emotions are peaceful we experience increasing light-heartedness and freedom and meditation is what helps us to reduce this mental and emotional turbulence.

It doesn't stop anything outside of us because there is nothing outside of us and when we experience life from the level of our soul our choices bring us greater happiness greater peace more meaning to life deeper love and much more profound purpose and through the practice of meditation and experiences in meditation I personally have progressively expanded my state of awareness actually it's not one state of awareness but multiple states of awareness higher states of consciousness and this enables me to remember our essential nature as infinite and eternal.

You're not going to discover something that's unknown through the practice of meditation we reconnect and we reawaken with aspects of ourselves that are already known but we have forgotten or drifted away or clouded the perspective through these layers which have been conditioned through our environment and so as a multi-dimensional being who has a physical body a subtle body and a causal body we are operating on many planes of existence at the same time these are all the same things just wearing different disguises and so our physical body or subtle body which is in our causal body are all just interpretations evaluations or assessments but the true depth of our existence comes from the fact that we are pure unbounded consciousness and everything else is a reflection an expression of that pure unbounded consciousness.

So let's have a multi-dimensional meditation right now we'll use the mantra Aum Shanti today it is such a powerful mantra as it keeps reminding me of my eternal self it reminds me every time that I am a powerful eternal ever expanding soul so as we inhale we silently repeat Aum and as we exhale we silently repeat Shanti but after we do this for about 20 seconds or 30 seconds we let go of our breath just let it go don't try to sink it don't try to coordinate it you may find that your breath comes in an automatic rhythm and you just simply keep repeating Aum and Shanti silently and don't be concerned with your breath just let it go of the pressure of coordinating your breath with the mantra just let go of this pressure so just sit silently with your eyes closed let's find a comfortable place and we close our eyes we take a deep breath in a deep centering breath and gently let go one more breath in let's release and now let's begin repeating Aum Shanti silently to ourselves maybe on our lips or maybe just repeat it in your mind the only thing is not doing is it's not coming from your vocal cords just shut your vocal box this voice box of ours don't say anything just listen to it for the first time listen to the Aum Shanti as it bubbles out from you so let's begin Aum Shanti I am the ever peaceful powerful manifesting eternal energy source who is always connected to the universe you can just stop repeating the mantra right now and over the course of these past few minutes you explored your physical body your subtle body and your causal body you heard things you had thoughts you connected to the stillness you swirled through all these things at the same time and it's truly the most beautiful aspect of meditation and while you were repeating a mantra you were also drifting closer and closer to the stillness and the silence you realize that all these bodies with all these reams are just expressions of your unbounded universal soul always remember to sit for a few moments after you meditate and let the stillness the silence settle inside you just don't lean up and start to do something so let's do it let's bring this stillness and silence within let's take a deep breath in and gently release one more deep breath in and release once more deeper and deeper in hold out now let's seal this meditation by chanting omed together so one more time take a deep breath in oh once again thank you for being with us today along with thousands of people around you who are sending these vibrations of peace and love of their true being in a collective way i wish all of you a deep gratitude and also success for your 21 days meditation i congratulate you on making it to day 10 and i will see you on day 11 have a wonderful day om shanti namaste
