Have you noticed that recently there is a whole new shift in how people look at their lives and it's kind of moving from self-improvement to self-mastery. Over the years as a coach to some of the most highly successful entrepreneurs in the world, I've developed a whole system focusing on particular types of concepts and strategies, which over a period of time, allows any individual in any Walk of Life to develop total self-mastery.

Hello,

This is Sumit Jain and it is Day 21.

Day 21.

When this started out 3 weeks ago,

Who could have imagined how close we will become,

How connected we will become together.

And now looking forward,

We will be meditating each day together.

But I have to tell you that it has been such a joyous journey for me to be so closely connected to you.

And especially when you are in stillness and silence.

It's the most divine form of the greeting called Namaste.

And Namaste simply means I honour the divine or the light in you and I honour the light in me.

And I know that when you are in that space and I am in that space,

We are all one.

But today is a bittersweet day because that's what today is,

So sweet because we have been travelling this journey and it is a little bit bitter attached to that journey together.

At least at this format is coming to a close and our journey will begin in some other form.

Whether that's just hanging out in stillness and silence or meditating together or being in the gap with each other or just having each other's essence in our awareness.

Knowing that meditation has given us deeper fulfillment and greater relaxation and perhaps a little more peace of mind.

And even if there is nothing else,

There is an appreciation for these three weeks being together,

This bittersweet feeling.

So let's sit comfortably,

Let's close our eyes,

Find a place that really nurtures you and be in that space and together we'll meditate.

But first don't forget,

Let's take a deep breath in and gently release.

Take another long slow deep breath in and let go.

And now just gently flow your breath in and out.

And very gently right now just float.

One very famous poet said,

When all your desires are distilled,

You will cast only two words.

First one is to love more and the second one is be happy.

It is so simple and we spend a lot of time complicating our own life beyond these two things.

And so I figured that the best meditation that we could share as our 21st meditation together would be a gratitude meditation that I'm so grateful for you.

And I know that you are also so grateful for this process we have gone through together.

Just a lot of love to go around.

And as we said before,

We transform the world by transforming ourselves,

We can freely truly make a powerful difference in this world by filling what is empty and emptying what is full.

And there may be times throughout the day when you're feeling less than or you're tender.

When you're not feeling the attention or the acceptance or appreciation that you richly deserve and the fact that there is no flow to your acknowledging that maybe has left you unsettled inside.

Maybe your heart is not as it usually is or maybe you heard some news that truly has saddened you.

And maybe there is something floating up there in your mind that's perhaps bringing grief or sorrow into your awareness.

And I personally have found that in my deepest despairs,

In my most painful grieveings,

When I drift towards gratitude,

I truly feel full.

And so since the universe is abandoned and unconstricted and as we are divine expressions of that universe,

There is no way when we look at our true and genuine selves that we could be constricted.

And at this moment,

Om Shanti truly makes sense.

If you recognize that we are the pure expressions of divine consciousness,

Then everything becomes so simple.

And so with your eyes closed and just in this moment,

Maybe you have some things that aren't working as you had planned.

Maybe you received a few surprises over the last 21 days.

But in this moment,

You should know that on behalf of the World Spiritual University and myself,

We are so grateful that you have embraced this 21 days together.

And that you have shared your being with us.

That you truly have stepped from where you were on that journey to where you want to be.

And they've got to be things that you are grateful for as well.

Let's not make anything up.

Just don't do that.

This isn't about faking anything.

This is truly about going deep and asking yourself,

What is that?

What is that truly that I am grateful for?

Where is my gratitude?

So let's close our eyes.

Let's take a deep breath in and gently release.

Let's walk through this process for a few minutes and ask yourself right now,

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

And let the answers flow a little bit.

And if you had trouble starting that process,

Just ask yourself,

What are the gifts that I have received?

The gift of my physical body,

The gifts of health,

The gifts of emotional breakthroughs,

The gift of peace of mind.

Is there something innocent inside you that has been awakened?

That leaves a smile on your face and it truly feels you.

And whatever you think could be the reason for you to feel less,

Then that's just something constricting aspect of you,

Which is important.

And the whole being has constricted constriction and expansion prevalent in this universe.

But with this constriction of you,

Just remember that you are the vessel for the universe to be circulating,

Circulating.

And if you're unwilling to receive and you just stop this energy to flow into you,

You will collapse from exhaustion.

And if you're only putting out and you're not willing to receive,

You're going to just run out of gas.

So if you're only receiving and not putting out,

You'll have constipation because there's no flow,

There's no circulation.

So right now in this moment,

Think of the things closest to you and just very gently remind yourself of what you perhaps might be grateful for.

You might just want to complete this sentence.

I am grateful for.

.

.

Just let it flow.

Just meditate on that for about one minute.

Om Shanti,

I am as powerful and complete as the universe.

You can stop repeating your mantra.

Take a deep breath and let it go.

Let's seal this meditation by chanting Om together.

Take a deep breath in.

Bo Spring Whenever you feel comfortable,

Gently open your eyes and just have such a beautiful gratitude for all these thousands of your closest meditating friends around the world who have journeyed with you,

Supported you and been with you.

They've acted as a silent witness.

They just kept on moving in and out.

They touched our energy centres.

We've touched the oceans.

We've touched the nature.

We've opened our chakras.

We've followed our breath.

We truly experienced Aum Shanti and I am complete as the universe and explored the stillness and silence together.

And so that's one way we can keep this alive.

But there are actually few ways.

The most important way for you to wake up tomorrow morning and meditate and know that there's going to be a whole bunch of us following some practice or ritual that connects us closer to our magnificent cosmic self.

So how about we head out into this world today and you can choose to do this every day.

But how about just today we make a difference.

We just perform one random act of kindness.

Thousands of us just heading into this world performing a random act of kindness and it might be helping someone across the street.

Just give a smile.

Just give them a hug.

Maybe perhaps give a compliment to someone who's not used to hearing them.

Nurture somebody,

Support somebody very very gently.

You choose.

But how cool will it be for us as we have friends today from all over the world just offering up random acts of kindness.

It's the purest expression of gratitude.

No expectations of returns.

Just love flowing.

And it's been my gift for all of you to be meditating and sharing the stillness and silence and perhaps transforming the world as we transform ourselves.

So thank you so much for this generous generous gift you have bestowed upon me and each other.

And so on behalf of Hope Mountain International and on behalf of the World Spiritual University,

The sweet spot of the universe.

And you know that you have that sweet spot inside you also.

And I would like to say that I live in the sweet spot and the sweet spot lives inside me.

And that's really a function of practicing and living in these teachings in these meditations.

So wherever you are in this world that sweet spot is inside you now.

And we are so blessed because of that.

And on behalf of the translators,

The team here who have made all this possible and put it online for you,

I have a big big gratitude for all of them.

This is Smith wishing you love,

Peace,

Happiness and see you every day in my daily routine of meditations.

Om Shanti and Namaste.
