They can be used individually, but are designed to be used together for optimal effect. The purpose of this meditation is to open you up to your creative life force energy. We all have this immense creative potential within us, lying untapped, unused, dormant. When we use this energy we feel alive, we feel vibrant and alive.

Take a moment to bring yourself into this space.

Allow your mind to quiet down.

Allow your body to relax.

Allow your heart to expand.

Allow your spirit to soar.

Feel this connection to everything around you,

Knowing you were meant to be here.

This is your place,

Your time,

Your opportunity.

And with this sense of knowing,

Begin to bring to mind what you want to create.

The images,

The sounds,

The feelings,

The experiences.

What do you want to experience in this life?

What do you want to learn?

How do you want to grow?

What do you want to contribute to those around you,

Whether near or far?

What do you want to be known for?

What kind of legacy do you want to leave?

You have come here for a reason.

You have come here into this life to create,

To love,

To feel joy.

Perhaps you don't know what you want to create yet,

And that's okay.

Just be open to the possibility of creation,

To the energy of creation,

To the feeling of creation.

You are a creative being here in this space,

Free of any mental or physical constraints.

Here in this purity,

In this freedom,

Allow yourself to begin to open up to this creative energy inside you.

Allow yourself to open up to the experiences you wish to experience in this life.

Create an image in your mind,

In your imagination,

A scene,

A view,

An experience.

Add in all of the detail,

Large and small.

Just imagine or feel yourself doing something you would like to do.

Imagine where you are,

The location,

The environment,

The surroundings,

The color of the sky,

The texture of the earth.

Imagine who you are with,

If anyone.

Imagine what you are doing,

And start to bring in any sound,

Whether sounds of nature,

People talking,

Or music playing,

And begin to bring in the feelings and the emotions.

How do you feel in this experience?

Are you happy,

Joyful,

Calm,

Peaceful?

How do you feel?

What emotions do you have?

Are you excited,

Inspired,

Fulfilled,

Grateful?

Allow these emotions and feelings to rush through you,

Merge into you.

Keep feeling these feelings.

Perhaps you feel some sensations somewhere in your body.

Then continue to see these images,

Hear these sounds,

Feel these feelings,

With each inhalation breathing them in,

With each exhalation breathing them out,

Like a cycle coming and going,

Rising and passing away,

Flowing easily,

Naturally,

Gracefully,

Flowing like a river downstream,

Like a breeze through the trees,

Allowing the coming and going,

Rising and falling,

The resistance,

No control,

No attachment,

Allowing the images,

The sounds,

And the feelings to come and to go,

Just like your breath,

Learning to witness,

To hear,

To feel,

Without attachment,

With allowance,

With acceptance,

Observing,

Knowing,

Understanding.

And now take this experience,

These images,

These sounds,

These feelings,

And create an affirmation,

A sentence,

Something to describe or feel this experience.

One sentence,

Whatever first comes into your mind.

What is this experience in one sentence?

Whatever first comes into your mind.

There's no right or wrong answer.

Whatever first comes into your mind.

And now,

One word,

One word to describe this experience,

The essence of this experience.

Just one word.

Go with whatever first comes into your mind.

Trust it.

Trust your own intuition,

Your own inner guidance.

And now,

One image.

What image encapsulates this experience?

And now,

One feeling.

What feeling is the essence of this experience?

And with this one word,

This one image,

This one feeling,

Bring this back with you now,

As you start to bring your awareness back to your physical body,

And as back to the present,

Bring your awareness back to the room in which you are in.

And still with this one word,

This one image,

This one feeling within you,

Take a deep breath in,

Coming all the way back now,

And exhale fully,

And allow your eyes to slowly open.
