How we spend our days is how we spend our lives.

Choose to start your day in peace,

In calm,

In gratitude.

And watch your day unfold in perfect harmony.

Bring yourself into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

And start to bring your attention inwards.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And again breathe in and out.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale slowly.

Connect with your breath.

Connect with yourself.

Connect with this moment.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

And as you breathe in,

Feel your lungs expand.

Your chest expand and your shoulders expand.

And as you exhale,

Just relax.

Relax your body.

Relax your mind.

Relax your breath.

Feel your breath moving through your body like a wave in motion.

Feeling you.

Healing you.

Moving you.

Take a moment to give thanks for your breath.

Give thanks for your life.

Now bring to mind some other things you are grateful for.

Name at least three things in your mind.

It could be fresh,

Clean water,

Nourishing healthy food,

A safe and comfortable home,

Loving friends and family,

And anything else that comes to mind.

Notice your body.

Feel into your body.

Appreciate your body.

However it is right now,

Here,

In this very moment.

Your body is a remarkable machine that can do extraordinary things.

Listen to it.

Trust it.

Love it.

And take care of it.

Notice your mind.

Perhaps sometimes your mind is very active,

Very busy.

But you can ask it to be quiet,

To be still,

To be calm.

Your mind is one of your most powerful possessions.

Use it wisely.

Use it positively.

Use it carefully and with awareness.

You have the power to create your day.

You have the power to create your future.

To experience whatever you want to experience.

To be whoever you want to be.

Choose to use this time now to create the day that you want.

To create the future you want.

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly.

And know that just as you have the power to change your breath,

So too do you have the power to change your life.

Feel your power.

Know your power.

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly.

And begin to bring to mind the experiences you will create today.

See all interactions happening positively,

Calmly,

Compassionately.

See yourself and others laughing,

Smiling,

Sharing and connecting.

Feel your whole day unfolding in front of you,

Just as you want it to.

Step by step,

Each perfect moment.

Visualise your day as you want it to be.

Hear your conversations.

Feel your emotions.

Use the wonderful power of your subconscious mind as creative part of you,

Your imagination,

To set your intention for today.

Engage your imagination.

This wonderful,

Powerful part of you.

And then see yourself going to bed at the end of the day,

Filled with satisfaction,

Joy,

Love and gratitude.

Having had an inspiring,

Fulfilling,

Purposeful day.

Knowing that you created this.

You have the power.

And you can choose to use that power for your health,

For your happiness,

For your life.

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Feel your power.

Know your power.

You create your reality.

Remember that.

And now take this calm,

This positivity and harmony with you into your day and into your life.
