You can use this deep relaxation hypnosis anytime you want to relax deeply or even before you go to bed to help you sleep more deeply and calmly.
Bring yourself into a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and as you do,
Begin to bring awareness to your breath.
And I would like you to gently engage your imagination.
And imagine that with every in-breath you can breathe in relaxation.
And breathing in relaxation into every single muscle of your body,
Every cell of your body.
Just letting go and relaxing deeper and deeper.
With every in-breath becoming slightly more relaxing than the last.
And in the same way you can breathe in relaxation.
You can let go of any unnecessary tension or stress with the out-breath.
Just letting go of anything you no longer need.
And allow this cycle of your breathing to become an unconscious process.
Breathing in relaxation and breathing out anything you no longer need as we go on.
I would like you to imagine a beautiful staircase with ten steps leading down to a favourite place of relaxation for you.
A place of complete relaxation.
The perfect place for you to feel comfortable and completely at peace.
And you can imagine that place to be anywhere you like and make it exactly how you want.
And now I am going to count down slowly.
From ten to one.
And you can imagine taking the steps down as I count.
And as you take each step you can feel your body relax more and more.
Feel it drift down with each step.
Relaxing even deeper.
Ten and relaxing even deeper.
Nine,
Down,
Down.
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Deeper and deeper down.
Five,
Safe and relaxed.
Four,
Relaxing gently.
Three,
And completely.
Two,
Down and deeper down.
One,
Deeper and deeper relaxed.
And now get a sense of yourself in your favourite place of relaxation.
This is the most peaceful place in the world for you.
Imagine yourself there and feel the sense of peace flow through you.
And explore this favourite place of relaxation.
Enjoy and fully experience it.
Notice the relaxing scene and colours surrounding you.
The perfect relaxing temperature.
And any relaxing fragrance in the air.
You are alone without anyone to disturb you.
Notice a special sense of peace flow through you.
A sense of calm and comfort.
And you can really enjoy all these positive feelings.
Let them surround you,
Heal you and soothe you.
As they grow stronger and stronger and you become more and more relaxed.
That wonderful feeling of peace and comfort.
Every time you choose to go to this favourite place,
You will be able to relax even deeper and deeper.
And I will leave you here for a few moments to really enjoy these feelings of peace and relaxation.
And from now on,
You are going to find it so easy to relax.
And it feels so good to feel so relaxed.
Knowing that nobody wants anything.
Nobody needs anything.
And there is absolutely nothing for you to do except relax.

Remember the mind commands and the body obeys.
So when you say to yourself the words calm and relax,
Then you find that you become calm and relaxed.

And every time you practice this,
You become even more calm.
Even more relaxed.
Even more peaceful.
And even more confident too.

Starting to come back now,
Become aware of your breathing,

Gently move your legs and feel a lovely grounding energy travel up through your legs.

Even starting to stretch.
Feel the energy moving through your body again.

Eyes starting to open and on the next count your eyes are fully open.

Back to full conscious awareness,
Fully refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
All normal sensations returning to all parts of your body and all parts of your energy back in the present moment and you being fully aware of being back in the room.
