Bring yourself into a comfortable position.
Close your eyes for yourself to settle down.
Begin to bring awareness to yourself,
Awareness to your body,
Awareness to your breath,
Bringing awareness to your heart,
Bringing awareness to your soul,
Awareness to every part of you,
Mind,
Body and spirit,
And bringing awareness to the intentions you've created for this practice.
Awareness to these intentions.
Allow yourself to know and understand why you have set these intentions.
What do they mean to you?
Are they important?
Feelings,
Do they stir within you?
And bringing awareness to what you need to release in order for these intentions to manifest in your life.
And perhaps you are aware of what needs to be released on a conscious level,
But there may also be some other things in your subconscious,
Under the surface,
Some limiting beliefs or block experiences from your past,
Anything that might be holding you back.
You don't have to know exactly what these are,
Just affirm that you are ready and willing to let them go,
Letting go of anything that might be limiting you in any way,
Whether conscious or subconscious.
And as you begin to let go,
Just allow all of these limitations to be released.
Allow your body to relax completely,
Noticing any areas of tension and then releasing them.
Sometimes we unconsciously hold emotions,
Thoughts,
Experiences in our body.
Allow these to be released now as you relax your body,
Relaxing sensation beginning in the top of your head,
Coming down over your face,
Relaxing your cheeks and your jaw,
Letting go of any tension or tightness in these areas,
Relaxing your neck,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Letting go of any tension in your shoulders,
Moving down over your chest,
Clearing any blockages around your throat,
Your chest,
Your heart,
At the same time working its way down your back.
Feel this warming sensation,
Relaxing all the muscles in your back,
All the way down your spine,
Noticing any areas that might feel sensitive,
Soft and allowing yourself to feel fully supported in this process.
Allow every muscle in your back to relax,
Your upper back,
Your middle back and your lower back.
Feel the warming and soothing sense of relaxation.
And now allow this relaxation to move down over your stomach,
Relaxing all the muscles and organs in your abdomen,
Flowing gently down,
Relaxing your hips and your pelvis,
Letting your body sink deep into the surface beneath you,
Feeling fully supported physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally and spiritually.
Buttocks to release,
To release.
Allow this relaxation to flow all the way down the tips of your toes,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
Feel your chest and stomach gently rise and fall with each breath in and each breath out,
Noticing there's nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to be,
Just here.
There's no resistance here,
Simply a sense of flow,
The feeling of bringing in and a feeling of letting go.
And with this in mind,
As you inhale,
Bring awareness once again to your intentions for this practice over the next few days.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of anything that no longer serves you,
Anything that would get in the way of these intentions,
Inhaling awareness to your intention and exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
And continue this process for a few more breaths,
Breathing in awareness to your intentions,
Breathing out anything that no longer serves you,
Breathing in awareness to your intention.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of anything that might be holding you back and know that you deserve this experience.
You are worth this experience.
You are worth everything you desire.
So one more time,
Just reviewing your intentions for this practice,
Be aware of the language you're using,
The feelings that arise and notice whether these are coming from a place of fear,
Place of love.
Let any fear melt away with your next exhalation.
Breathe in the infinite energy of love that is all around you.
Exhale any fear,
Scarcity or resistance.
Allow this energy of love to fill your whole body.
Feel it vibrating through every cell,
Feel it warm you,
Heal you,
Soothe you.
Then bring your awareness back to your intentions for this practice and just let go of everything else.
And then slowly start bringing your awareness back to your body.
Start bringing your awareness back to the room in which you are in,
Bringing yourself back into normal waking consciousness.
Take a deep breath in and exhale,
Bringing your attention back to the present moment.
Slowly open your eye,
