Okay.
We just take our time to get ourselves settled.
Morning morning.
Allow yourself a time in the space to get comfortable.
To find ground.
Feel into your natural breath without it needing to be different,
Just be with it.
And then usually just being with it is enough for it to become different.
We're so used to having an agenda.
A plan.
It can be difficult to just be with.
So we're just feeling to you what it is like to just be with your breath.
Be with this moment.
Without it needing to be different.
As we bring awareness to the breath and to the sensation of the body.
Usually there's a bit of a heaviness,
A sense of dropping.
That arrives.
Often think slow down.
If you find any pockets of tension in the body,
Then just see what you can do to ease that.
Simply so that you can be more comfortable.
Might be that there's some movement.
That you need or some touch.
As you come into stillness,
That doesn't necessarily mean that you're not moving.
The stillness is.
.
.
A felt sense within the body.
That exists even when the body is moving.
Maybe presence is a better word than stillness.
So I wanted to revisit.
That quote from Sri Nisargadatta.
Love says I am everything.
Wisdom says I am nothing Between the two,
My life flows.
What I find so beautiful about that.
Quote is.
How it helps me.
To notice.
All the oscillating.
The moving from.
Form and certainty and I am this.
This is what's happening.
And then moving towards.
Formlessness.
Nuance.
I am,
But without.
The definition in all things.
Between the two my life flows.
Not so much a fixed state.
So my invitation for our practice is to be with that.
Love says I am everything.
Wisdom says I am nothing.
And between the two.
My life flows.
As we notice the polarities.
It's as if we are.
Moving on a two-dimensional plane.
Sometimes I'm this.
Aura and Death.
Perhaps we can be more holographic than that.
That's five-dimensional.
So that all these polarities,
All these flows from one thing to another can actually be co-arising.
You can be everything and nothing all at once.
Instead of there being a flat line of past,
Present,
Future.
In this holographic.
Reality.
We can be past,
Present,
Future all at once.
If we let go of the pull towards defining.
If we can let go of the need to make sense of it all.
It to fit.
Into words.
Or onto paper.
If we can let go of that.
And drop into this present moment.
Can we be with all the constellations?
All the polarities.
And allow them all to be here.
We can be all things and nothing.
We can be past,
Present and future.
In one moment.
We can orientate,
Orient ourselves.
To presence.
To midline.
At all.
The polarities.
Be with us.
You can feel the ground.
And the pelvis.
We can notice the central channel.
The vertical axis.
Along the front of our spine.
We can feel how that vertical axis moves through us from ground.
Sky.
And how all the polarities they can just organize themselves.
In a way that makes sense to us.
Around this midline.
Perhaps the breath travels up and down the midline.
The fluid within the body.
Moves up and down the midline.
And awareness is grounded.
Present.
Through the midline.
Love tells me I am everything.
Wisdom tells me I am nothing.
And between these two,
My life flows.
Finding your feet on the floor.
Allowing your breath to deepen.
As you come back.
This three-dimensional world.
Noticing how your breath is.
How the sensation of your body feels.
Maybe bringing some movement in.
Stretching.
Cycling.
Around the space that you're in.
Noticing the sounds.
And offering the fruits of our practice always to ourselves,
To each other and to all beings.
Thank you for being here.
