So,
Good morning and welcome.
Good to see you.
Let's take time to settle ourselves.
This feeling into the body,
Into the space.
Fighting ground.
Orienting yourself.
To the hair now.
There's likely to be residues of last night.
In your awareness.
And a sense of.
.
.
What lies ahead.
We can let our breath help us.
To just come into the moment.
Let's hear now.
Allowing the ground to hold you.
Offering up the weight of your body.
To be held.
Perhaps the breath moves softly in and out through the nose.
And the jaw softens.
And perhaps the breath deepens.
Let's do those.
Our intention this week is compassion.
The heart of compassion is self-compassion.
If we try to extend compassion outside of ourselves without having first allowed for compassion inside of ourselves.
And it can sometimes have and it authentic.
Sense.
If we begin with self-compassion and we don't even need to think about.
Extending compassion outside of ourselves.
It just happens.
Not that.
Self-compassion is always that easy.
We hold it lightly as an intention.
And our mantra today,
Om Mani Padme Hum.
Breathe.
To Lotus Jewel within.
Allowing the mantra to start to circulate.
To move through you.
And inevitably,
During the course of the practice,
We wander away.
Her mind carries us,
Our wonderings take us elsewhere.
And then we notice.
We notice that we've wondered.
And we come back.
All the mani padmi hum praise to the lotus.
Within.
The invitation for self compassion.
Enjoy your practice.
Hmm.
Allowing your breath to deepen.
Making contact with ground.
And laying the mantra down.
However the practice was.
The wonderings.
Present.
Feeling into your heart space.
Noticing the impact.
Of our intention.
Compassion.
Towards self.
Delivering the fruits of our practice to ourselves.
To each other.
And to all beings.
And rest day.
