Yielding Into Body And The Breath Of No-breath.
Our practice today invites us to yeild, to let go, to bne held in the present moment by noticing the ways that that is difficult. Our impulse to do, to move forwards, to reach is strong and it ripples through the cells of the body. For this practice we turn towards the body and the breath, inviting it to be held, to surrender, to let go. As we guide our awareness around the organs of the body and come to rest in a no-breath practice, how does it feel to trust and be held in the pulse of life?
