Are you experiencing different layers of intense emotions right now?
Do you maybe feel overwhelmed,
Frustrated,
Anxious,
Angry,
Helpless?
And maybe even as if there's nothing you can do about it?
Are you tired of it all and you feel worn out?
Maybe the last few weeks or months have been so challenging for you that you have days that you feel like giving up.
Like it's just too much.
I'm with you.
You are not alone.
First off,
It's okay.
There's so much going on everywhere that even though you have your own intense and personal inner battle,
It's also very intensified due to what is going on globally right now in the world.
Remember,
We are all connected.
And even though we are not in the same boat necessarily,
We are all on the same ocean.
And you might be hitting a different wave and you might have a different boat.
However,
We are all connected and sense and experience all the ripples in some way or another consciously or unconsciously.
And there are many,
Many ripples right now.
And I'm sharing this with you because I just had such a moment.
I felt this way.
And I think it's important to keep staying open and transparent and real.
And I also believe that it could help someone today.
Maybe someone needs to heal this today.
Maybe it's you.
Maybe it's someone else.
If it is you and you feel this way right now,
I have an invitation.
First,
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath and then take another one.
Take a deep,
Profound and conscious breath.
And now relax your body,
Even if just a little bit.
Take another breath.
Relax a little bit more and allow yourself to be in acceptance with what you are going through in this very moment.
Breathe through it.
Allow it.
Give it space.
Allow all of it to be here right now.
If it's overwhelm,
That's okay.
Breathe through it.
Maybe it's fear or anxiety.
That's okay too.
Take a deep breath.
Relax your body.
Give it space.
Maybe it's anger,
Disappointment or any other intense emotion or experience right now.
Let that be okay.
Love yourself through this moment.
Keep breathing.
And then take another deep breath and go up.
Connect to something higher than yourself.
It could be the soul,
The higher self,
God,
Divine,
Existence,
Whatever resonates with you.
Keep taking a nice deep breath and focus your energy and your awareness upwards.
Go beyond your physical body.
If you're feeling a very strong,
Intense,
Emotional moment,
It's like you're hitting a strong wave right now.
And maybe you even feel like you're drowning.
Keep reaching up and observe it.
Surrender to it.
Relax into it.
This moment or this wave will pass.
This will pass.
And whether you believe it or not,
Whether you trust right now or not,
And whether it will and might keep hurting for a little longer or not,
I am with you.
I see you.
You are safe.
You are not alone.
And you are going to be okay.
And I invite you for the rest of the day to keep taking conscious breaths and to love yourself through this moment,
Through this wave in deep acceptance.
