Welcome to our root chakra meditation.
So wherever you are right now try to find a comfortable position.
You can either lay down or come into a seated position.
Take a moment to really settle in and close your eyes.
And before we start maybe you just want to set the intention to be present for the following 10 minutes.
Whatever is moving you,
You can get back into it after this meditation.
For now you are simply connecting to your body and to your breath.
Grounding yourself into the present moment.
With the following sound of the tingsha the root chakra meditation starts and will later also end.
Breathe deeply into your lower belly.
Can you hear your breath flowing all the way down along your spine?
Touching the beginning of your spine.
Let your chest become still and feel how your belly moves with your breath.
Maybe you can even hear your breath like the sound of the ocean constantly moving and flowing.
Can you feel the beginning of your spine from within?
Here you can find your root chakra.
Here it is where your roots are growing into the present moment.
Into this place where you are right now,
Into your body and into this life.
As you breathe into your root chakra try to visualize a red light rooting into the earth.
These are your roots.
Burning into the floor,
Deeper and deeper.
Let your body become heavier and heavier.
Feel how your body sinks into the ground.
Feel how the earth carries you and holds you in this moment.
Watch your roots journeying to the center of the earth.
Deep in this journey as you chant in silence into your body the sound of LAM.
Stay connected with your breath.
It roots you into the earth.
Step into this red light shining out of your roots.
Visualize how you are connecting to the earth.
Behind your closed eyes journey to a place of power.
Maybe it's a place that you've met already or that is just unfolding with your imagination.
See your feet rooting into the earth of this place.
See your body humbling down and your hands meeting the ground.
Here you can repeat for yourself several times.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
The earth supports me wherever I go.
I trust life.
And now come back to your physical body here and now.
Feel your breath deeply in your body.
Breathe into your feet.
Once more see your roots shining and growing.
This connection is always there.
You simply take a moment to feel it and remember that you are made out of the earth and rooted into her.
This meditation we did for you with the intention to give you a quick invitation back into your roots.
To remind you that you are safe and that the earth supports you.
Whenever you want you can come back to this place of power within you.
Do not forget where you are coming from.
God Bless.
