This meditation explores abundance as an inner expansion,
The sense of spaciousness that grows as you grow.
I invite you to turn off all distractions and turn inward quietly for the time we are together.
The moments of silence throughout this meditation are intentional,
Giving you your own insight room to rise.
Hello,
My name is Maria Baltazzi,
Happiness explorer and author of the award-winning book,
Take a Shot at Happiness,
How to write,
Direct and produce the life you want.
Take a slow breath in,
Release it gently.
Let your body arrive before your mind tries to catch up.
Close your eyes and feel the support beneath you.
Let your spine lengthen,
Soften your shoulders,
Ease the jaw.
Inhale,
Pause,
Exhale slowly.
Let your breath settle within you.
Let silence surround you.
You are here to open.
The expanding horizon,
Picture yourself standing on a wide overlook just before sunrise.
The sky holds a thin line of color along the horizon.
The air feels cool and expectant.
Ahead of you stretches an open landscape,
Rolling hills,
Distant mountains,
Valleys dissolving into light.
As you breathe in,
Notice your inner horizon widening.
As you breathe out,
Feel space opening inside your chest.
Each inhale expands the landscape.
Each exhale clears the path ahead.
Walk forward slowly.
Let the light increase around you.
Let the horizon reveal new paths and new possibilities.
In the distance,
See a single point of soft light.
It is an invitation,
Your invitation.
Move toward it and as you do,
Know that abundance is not something you chase.
It is something that unfolds with you.
Let that recognition move through your chest,
Through your throat,
Through your brow and feel the inner horizon widen as the outer horizon widens around you and rest here.
And let these words flow through you.
I expand into the life that is already ready for me.
My world widens with each slow breath and silently say these words after me.
May I walk with a warm,
Expanding heart.
May I greet my life with presence.
May I grow in ways that support my highest good.
May I honor the openness that guides my way.
May this inner widening continue long after this meditation ends and so let it be.
Take a deep inhale,
Release it gently,
And let your awareness return to the room around you.
Feel the support beneath you.
Feel your breath moving through your body and as you re-enter your day or evening,
Carry this widening with you.
Let it inform your choices,
Your pace and the way you step into what is ahead.
Thank you for practicing with me and may you now and always take your best shot at happiness.
