Hello,
Maria Baltazzi here.
My background is in happiness studies and mindfulness,
And this session is about manifesting abundance.
The ability to manifest lies within each one of us.
This abundance manifesting meditation will allow you to amplify your attracting power.
You will align yourself with the loving energy of the universe so that you manifest the changes you desire.
You can do this while sitting or lying down in a quiet place.
So make yourself comfortable,
Making sure that you will not be disturbed.
All it takes to manifest and live in abundance is learning some simple mindfulness techniques to awaken this power.
Meditation being key and why you are here.
Contrary to popular belief,
Meditation is not about completely clearing your mind.
We are thinking beings and thoughts will come.
It is what you do or rather don't do with your thoughts that matters.
What you don't do is attach to them and run off with the story.
Instead,
You simply notice your thoughts as they arise and allow them to pass through your mind like clouds in the sky.
To avoid attaching to your thoughts,
You can shift the focus from your thoughts to the breath.
You can use the breath as an anchor for your meditation experience.
Anchoring honors the breath,
Creating a powerful experience when you are ready to set intentions.
So begin by setting the intention to manifest the abundance you desire by saying to yourself now,
I manifest the abundance that I desire.
Now,
Honor your breath by closing your eyes and taking five deep and slow breaths in through your nose and out your mouth.
First breath,
Fully inhale through your nose,
Expanding your belly and chest Fully inhale through your nose,
Expanding your belly and chest as much as you can,
Holding it for a moment and exhale out the mouth,
Feeling a wave of relaxation sweeping over you.
Second breath,
Inhale through your nose,
Filling your lungs with fresh oxygen.
Hold it and exhale out your mouth,
Noticing again a wave of relaxation gently sweeping over you.
Inhale through your nose,
Taking a moment at the top,
Exhale out your mouth.
Another breath.
Once again,
Fully inhaling,
Feeling these breaths purifying your entire body,
Exhaling out the mouth.
And last breath,
One full and beautiful breath coming in through the nose,
Into the lungs,
Hold it and exhale,
Allowing that wave of relaxation sweep over you and just take a moment to note how you are feeling.
And now that your lungs,
Your system has an abundance of oxygen,
Breathing deeply and fully is an expression of self-compassion.
You may even find that you are more connected with yourself and even universal love.
Now,
If it is comfortable for you,
Keep your eyes closed,
Let your breath be natural and take a moment to consider how abundance feels inside you and where you feel it.
This feeling that you have now after five slow and deliberate breaths is a new inner tool that you can use when you are ready to manifest the reality and abundance you desire.
When you are feeling any kind of lack of motivation or negative inner talk,
You can immediately pause and take five deep,
Purposeful and powerful breaths.
These breaths allow your nervous system to relax.
Taking conscious and dedicated breaths gives you clarity with the added benefit of supporting your health.
So the next time you catch yourself at a standstill,
Take five deep breaths and notice how you feel.
Now,
Time to do some manifesting with the recipe of three things,
Desire,
Dedication and trust.
You may want to open your eyes and grab something to write with,
Or you can just keep your eyes closed and follow the instructions.
Now,

Desire is the first ingredient in manifestation.
You must know what you want and desire it so greatly that you can clearly see any path that you need to take to get there.
Knowing exactly what you are manifesting is very important.
The more details you can add to your desire,
The better.
You can take a moment to write down your desires and you can set an exact time that they will be accomplished,
Or you can just think about your desires and write about them later.
When you set an exact date as to when your desires will be met and write them down,
The order is firmly given to your subconscious mind and is now taking action.
Your subconscious is going to work on your behalf,
Helping you make supportive realizations,
To be alert to books,
Films,
People,
Events that can help you.
Dedication is the second ingredient in manifestation.
Only you can put in the effort to take steps towards your desires,
Like networking with others or practicing meditation every day.
Reviewing the abundance you desire,
Why it is important to you,
What steps you need to achieve it.
You must dedicate time every single day to do something that takes you closer to gaining what you seek.
Only you can do this.
No one else can be dedicated for you.
Abundance manifestation starts with you.
Now that you have taken a moment to list the abundance and reality you desire,
Notice how you feel.
The last ingredient for manifestation is trust.
Just let go and trust.
Take that leap of faith.
Let go of obsessing about the things you have to do to get what you want and have confidence that things always fall into place perfectly and in perfect timing.
Know with certainty that your desires are attainable.
I will give you a few moments to really trust in the abundance you desire becoming reality.
So notice how you are feeling right now.
And as you are noticing,
Say to yourself,
I know I can manifest the abundance and life I desire.
I deeply believe in myself.
I see clearly how I manifest that which I desire.
I have a great desire to manifest my aspirations.
I put in the daily dedication that is required of me.
I always believe in myself.
I trust the loving energy of the universe.
Visualizing is an extremely powerful tool.
Visualizing is an extremely powerful way to manifest abundance.
So imagine now that you have attained all that you desire.
See yourself vividly in your mind having already achieved your goals.
Visualize in detail yourself with your intentions fulfilled.
Notice what you look like and who you are talking to.
How you feel,
How you behave,
What are your thoughts.
The more detail you can add the better.
See the surroundings.
Where are you?
What places are you going to?
Who's around?
Take several moments to see yourself having manifested all the abundance you desire.
As we bring this practice to a close,
Consider how is this abundance changing your life for the better?
What can you now do that you could not do before?
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
So remember to manifest abundance.
Honor your breath every single day by taking a moment to fully breathe in and out several times.
When you breathe deeply,
You automatically relax.
And being relaxed is the first step to being in control of your life and emotions.
Also,
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Take these three words and remember them throughout your day.
Desire,
Dedication,
And trust.
Repeat them to yourself whenever you can.
Now you know how to manifest and live in abundance.
