As you start to settle in.
If you are seated,
Let's sit up nice and tall.
And then begin to close down the eyes.
Relax your face and start to soften your jaw.
From your ears.
Consciously begin to shift your awareness over to your breathing.
You might notice that just by becoming aware of your breath that it naturally starts to slow down.
You start to have permission to fully arrive into this moment.
Gently begin to look through your body and just notice if there's anywhere that you're clenching or tensing.
And if you can just invite that part of your body to begin to unwind and begin to relax.
The purpose of this evening's meditation is not to try to force or control the mind to be quiet.
But rather to sit back into that place where we begin to just observe the mind.
We start to embrace each thought as it arises.
And we allow it just to fade.
Into the next.
As you continue to relax your body,
You'll start to notice that your thoughts get a little bit slower.
As if life is starting to wind down.
Allow you to be just a little bit more present.
Now begin to become aware of the space that exists around your body.
Notice the space that exists around your body.
Start to imagine yourself out in the deep void of space.
As you continue to relax.
Into this feeling of spaciousness.
That exists around your body.
Feel,
Notice all of the space that exists.
Around your body.
Continue to watch.
This space.
To begin to breathe inaudibly.
You exhale out slowly Feel all the stress and tension.
Your body.
And drift into this empty space that exists all around you.
Keeping your awareness.
On the breath,
Breathe into the space.
With each exhale,
The body gets a little softer.
Little more relaxed.
You'll notice that your mind,
The playful mind,
Wants to chime in and wants to speak.
And you watch the thoughts arise.
Without judgment,
Just allow them to drift and fade.
As you continue to relax your body.
Feel into all that spaciousness around you.
Watching the breath.
Yeah.
Out.
As you feel this deepening sense of calm.
Present.
There's no need to change anything about this moment.
Just allowing each of them to unfold.
Sitting back into that space,
Watch all the perfection.
Each one.
Relaxing into it.
Breathing through it.
That deep dark space that exists all around your body.
Entire world begins to melt away.
It's just you floating in the sea of empty space.
You get so relaxed that you can feel even your body starts to melt away.
I'm a hot seat.
Feel yourself.
Start to melt into that void of space.
As you relax into it.
Continue to experience all of that space.
All of the darkness.
Continuing to let go.
That's it.
Deeper and deeper.
There is nothing that needs your effort.
Nothing that needs your presence.
Except relaxing into this feeling.
As you continue to melt away deeper and deeper.
And let it go.
Each moment,
Keep letting go.
Notice how it's you experiencing each moment.
Experiencing the thought that rise and fall.
Keep slipping deeper into that part of yourself.
The observer.
That he had in the past.
If the mind wanders a bit too far.
Always anchor back to the breath.
Like a friend,
A guiding light,
Always there.
Come back any time you need.
Now begin to shift your mind's awareness.
Very simple and focused.
Point of gratitude.
Something.
Someone.
Some events in your life.
Has made you grateful today.
I want you to hold this thing,
This person in your mind's eye.
Allow your body and nervous system to embrace it.
As if it's occurring for you right here.
Right now.
Body and the nervous system.
Subjective or simply watching the fluctuations of the mind.
Gratitude opens the doorway for us to receive.
Continue to hold this frequency,
This feeling.
Of gratitude.
Maybe it's a trick to something or someone else.
There's a couple more things here.
What else are you grateful for?
Is set.
Hold this feeling for just a few moments.
Let the body and the nervous system really embrace it,
Really hold it.
Now slowly take a deep,
Full breath in through the nose.
Hold that breath when you feel full.
And hold that breath with an awareness of your heart right in the center of your chest.
Healing to the energy of your heart.
If you can take one more little sip of breath in,
A little more.
Walk them to out a bit of a sigh and we'll exhale together.
Breathe deeply.
ONE BIG EXPLOSION!
Take a deep breath in.
Cold.
Bring back some of that gratitude and hold it right in the center of your chest and just be grateful for your heart.
Beautiful beading pattern.
Take just another little sip of that gravity drink,
All the way into my area.
Together,
Maybe with a sigh of three.
Why?
I mean,
Look at it.
About this time and attitude for yourself.
More love after showing up.
Taking some time to disconnect.
Going inward to explore yourself.
First off,
You've got to hold the light in the center of your chest.
Thank yourself by placing your hands on your chest.
God,
I'm gonna have another sip of that goddamn beer.
And then together in three.
Oh.
Breath in through the nose.
People out,
You know.
One,
Again and through the world.
Watching.
One and out.
Oh dear.
That's called friend.
Take just a few moments here to start to come back into your body.
It feels like time,
You can start to move,
You can stretch your arms or your head.
You might find some movement in your head.
There is.
Arms,
Hands,
Feet finger.
