This is Sneha and welcome to a guided meditation for transforming fear.
Fear at times can be an overwhelming force in our life,
Isn't it?
Holding us back from experiencing the fullness of our existence.
It can grip our heart,
Tighten our muscle and cloud our mind.
Fear comes from lack of trust.
Lack of trust in ourselves and in life.
Fear is often rooted in old beliefs and negative life experiences.
It might tell us we are not enough,
Not safe or not capable.
But remember,
These are just stories and not the truth.
Today we embark on a beautiful journey to transform fear into love,
Embracing the power
within us to overcome the fear.
We deserve to live a life free from all limitation,
Confidently pursuing our dreams,
Embracing
new opportunities and radiating joy.
So let's get started.
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes,
Taking a few deep breaths,
Slowly
settling into the rhythmic inhale and exhale of your breath.
Inhale deeply,
Feeling the air fill your lungs and exhale slowly,
Allowing your body to relax.
With each breath,
Sense the peace and calm settling within you and know that you are
safe and the universe supports you.
Let's take this time to transform the fear.
So feel safe to connect with yourself and get in touch with a significant fear.
The one which you would like to release today.
This could be fear of rejection,
Fear of being judged,
Fear of losing your loved one,
Fear
of being alone or any other fear that comes up for you.
Once you get in touch with this fear,
Try to get a sense of where do you feel it in
your body?
Where do you carry this fear in your body?
Is it a knot in your stomach,
A tightness in your chest or a racing heart?
Just become aware.
Acknowledge the presence of the fear without judgment.
Notice for how long have you been carrying this fear?
If this fear had a shape,
Size,
How big would it be?
Notice how this fear holds you back in your life.
Notice how it affects your relationships and ask yourself,
Do you want to continue
carrying it?
Today express your intention to release this fear with love and grace and let's do this
together.
Stay tuned into the places in your body where you feel or have felt this fear.
Now take a very deep breath and blow it out imagining that you are releasing the fear
from your body.
Take another deep breath and blow it out releasing the fear from your mind.
And for one last time,
Take a deep breath and blow out the fear from your heart.
Thank the fear for serving its purpose,
For alerting you to the potential danger or uncertainty.
Continue taking deep breaths and imagine it flowing out of your body as you exhale.
And as you release the fear,
It creates a beautiful empty space inside of you.
Let's fill that space up with wonderful and powerful affirmations.
You can repeat after me in your mind or out aloud knowing that every word is true for you.
I am safe and protected at all times.
I release all fears and doubts that hold me back from living my best life.
I am capable of handling any challenges that come my way.
Life loves me and protects me.
I am surrounded by positive energy and supportive people who uplift me.
I release all negative thoughts and emotions that no longer serve me.
I am free from the past and embrace the present moment with joy and gratitude.
I love myself.
I love life and life loves me back.
All is well in my world and so it is.
Take in a few deep breaths,
Soaking in all the words and feel the vibration of these affirmations fill your entire being.
You are safe,
You are loved,
You are protected and life loves you.
Embrace these new beliefs and slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Stretch your body and whenever you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
