My name is Sneha Shah and we have made this meditation with the aim of soothing the body,

Melting away the stress,

Encouraging healing in the body and mind and bringing a sense of peace and calm.

We recommend that you listen to this recording as often as possible.

This is especially important if you are feeling anxious,

Restless or ungrounded.

You can listen to it anytime in the day or as the last thing when you get ready to fall asleep.

Everything that we think has an impact on the body and today is a wonderful moment to create an alignment between what we choose to think and the way we choose to feel.

So let's begin this amazing guided meditation.

Find yourself in a comfortable position where you can remain undisturbed for some time.

Since this is a relaxing meditation,

Keep all your gadgets away,

Switched off or in a silent mode.

Adjust your clothing as needed and assume a comfortable position.

Take the focus on your breath as you gently breathe in and breathe out.

If there are thoughts running in your head,

Just allow them to come and pass.

Gently bringing back your focus on your breath.

Perhaps placing a hand on the stomach if it's comfortable so that you feel the stomach move out with the inhalation and the stomach move in with the exhalation.

Call the focus on the breath,

Noticing the natural pause between the inhalation and exhalation.

In,

Pause and then out.

Allow yourself to relax.

When you do that,

Your body finds the right rhythm.

Just keep focusing on the gentle in and out.

In,

Pause and then out.

Feel your body begin to relax as your shoulders drop a little lower.

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

Your entire back and the rest of your body.

Breathing in health,

Healing and calm.

Breathe out any tension,

Any fear,

Any discomfort and any problems that you might feel in the body.

Breathing in health,

Breathing in healing and breathing in a deep sense of calm.

Your body has many ways of healing itself.

Feel a warm wave of relaxation moving from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

Strengthening your immune system,

Healing every cell,

Every muscle,

Every organ.

Promoting strength and vitality.

Everything working in balance and in harmony.

Breathe in relaxation.

Breathe out all old air.

Breathe in trust.

Breathe out all fear and doubt.

Relax for a few moments and imagine your body healthy and safe.

Feeling confident in your body's ability to heal.

Feeling calm and at peace.

And in this state of relaxation,

Repeat after me in your mind.

I am safe and secure at all times.

Love surrounds me and protects me.

My world is safe.

I am safe.

I am at peace with all of life.

My body heals rapidly.

I am filled with energy and positivity.

I feel calm,

Grounded and centered.

I think nourishing thoughts that support my mind and my body.

I sleep in peace and wake up in joy to meet a new day.

Life supports me and I am safe.

All is well in my world.

Take a few moments and continue breathing deeply.

Taking deep breaths.

Breathing in warm,

Healing,

Nourishing energy.

And then a gentle exhale,

Releasing all that you don't need.

Take a few more minutes to relax before you get back to your activities.

Remember,

You can do this as often as you like.

All is well in your world.

And so it is.
