It only creates more lack.
If you choose to focus on limitations,
It creates more experiences of frustration or limitation.
People who listen to the gratitude meditation often notice a fuller sense of inner stability and peace.

Gratitude meditation is actually very simple.
All you need to do is spend a couple of moments reflecting on the things and people that make you feel grateful today.
There may be things that seem difficult right now,
But you will see that they provide an opportunity for you to learn and grow.
An important part of gratitude is being able to recognize that each and every experience is a wonderful blessing.
So let's get started.
To begin this meditation,
Seat yourself quietly and at ease.
Allow your body to be relaxed and open as you gently breathe in and breathe out.
Allow your attention to reach to your heart and the immense vastness that it holds.
Begin the practice of gratitude by feeling grateful to your body right now.
How year after year it has functioned with such wonderful strength and vitality.
Saying a thank you to this amazing body that you have,
Feeling a deep sense of gratitude.
Extend the feeling of gratitude for the safety and well-being you have in your life right now.
The support of friends and family,
The roof over your head,
The food on your table,
The clothes that you wear,
All the comfort that you have,
The protection that you receive from the community and the country.
All the people who are serving your needs.
Taking a moment to say thank you,
Feeling a deep deep sense of gratitude.
Gratitude to the earth for providing you with everything that you need and more.
Saying a thank you to the magnificent place that we live in.
To animals,
Plants,
Insects,
Creatures of the sky and sea,
Air and water,
Fire and earth.
All whose joyful existence keeps our life in balance and harmony.
Saying a thank you to everything.
Take another deep breath and connect to this moment.
Letting go of the past and releasing any fears of the future.
Giving thanks to your life and all that is in it today.
Just be grateful.
Just be at peace.
All is well in your world and it continues to be.
Holding this deep sense of gratitude,
