Explore MeditationAfter many years of practicing yoga myself, I completed my yoga teacher training. Since 2019 I am a yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT200) in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. In 2020 I completed my Jivamukti (75YTT) teacher training at Peace Yoga Berlin. Yoga keeps opening up new ways for me to be more aware of myself and the world around me, to be attentive and to be more easily reconcile about things that throw life out of balance. Yoga enriches my life and has personally led me to a healthier and more conscious way of life that makes me happy. I would like to pass this joy of life onto others in my classes. My courses are based on Vinyasa Flow/ Jivamukti, so the sequences are very similar, the sequence and focus of my classes depends on the level of the students and all levels practice here together.
