Visualization is the practice of imagining what you want to achieve in the future. As if it were true today. It involves using all five senses sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing. The process of visualizing directs your subconscious to be aware of the end goal you have in mind

Hi,

This is Sarah and today we're going to do a visualization of your perfect future.

At first I'd like you to sit in a comfortable seat or lay down.

Make yourself comfortable and then close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out.

Try to relax every part of your body and with every exhale you try to relax even more.

Then bring your focus towards your heart center and breathe in here.

Take a deep breath in,

Feel the warmth of your heart opening up.

And then I'd like you to envision your perfect future.

So everything is possible.

Where would you see yourself next year,

In the next couple of months?

And be super creative.

Everything is possible.

Where would you see yourself?

Imagine the place,

The temperature,

The colors and is maybe someone with you or are you alone?

And then try to listen to the sounds around you.

Maybe someone is talking to you,

Hear the sounds of nature.

Hear it now.

And in your perfect future,

How would it feel like being there in abundance,

Being happy,

Feeling healthy?

Try to be in that state,

Have that feeling right now.

Then again open your heart and inhale this feeling of abundance.

Try to imagine that this is happening now.

You are already there,

In the perfect place,

Surrounded by your most amazing people,

Friends,

Family.

Open your heart and invite this feeling and feel it now.

And with every inhale,

Try to open your heart even more.

And with the exhale,

Try to distribute this feeling into each and every cell of your body.

Feel it in your head,

In your shoulders and arms,

Your upper body,

Your hips and legs.

And then sit here with this feeling for a little bit.

And then slowly come back here into your body,

Into this room.

Feel the weight of your body,

Your cushion,

The floor.

And then slowly,

Slowly open your eyes and keep this feeling in your chest,

Keep it with you.

Have your perfect future with you throughout the day,

The week ahead,

The year ahead.

Or you can always come back here and visualize your perfect future and feel it whenever you like to.

And take a last deep breath in,

Fill your heart with love and breathe out.
