So finding yourself lying down,
Creating for yourself a space that emanates comfort,
Safety,
Quiet and peace.
Ensure that you won't be disturbed,
So making sure that your doors are closed.
Dimming the lights maybe,
Maybe wearing an eye mask.
Once your room has been set,
Lying flat on your mat or your bed,
Cushioning your body with pillows and blankets so that you're cradled into a state of absolute comfort.
Maybe you want to place a pillow underneath your upper thighs.
Tucking the corners of your blanket under your lower back.
This can be really helpful for easing any lower back tension.
Placing your head on a pillow to allow your neck to be straight.
Taking as much time as you need to create the most comfortable position for your body to lay as you travel deeper into healing and releasing what no longer serves you.
And then when you're ready,
When you're comfortable,
When you're done adjusting,
Turning your palms upwards,
In a symbolic expression of receiving.
Saying to yourself either quietly or in your mind,
I am ready to receive.
I am ready to receive.

Beautiful.
Closing your eyes.
Just bringing your awareness to your whole body.
Sensing your right arm,
Your left arm,
Your right leg.
And your left leg.
Softening your body as your breath washes through your abdomen.
Releasing any tension held in your lower belly.
Using the crown of your head open,
Softening your forehead,
Your eyes,
Those little muscles in your eyes.
Washing through your abdomen once more.
Washing the breath come through,
Expanding through your rib cage as you bring relaxation to your jaw muscles.
Sensing your whole body releasing any tension,
Resistance.
Listening for your breath,
For the beating of your heart.
Witnessing your breath as it fills your pelvic bowl,
Expanding the sides of your rib cage and your upper chest.
Observing as it leaves your body,
Releasing all tension.
Hearing the awareness of your breath for a few moments.
Noticing as your body sinks deeper and deeper into stillness.
Chest rising as your natural breath rhythmically expands and contracts.
Rise and fall.
Rise and fall.
Rise and fall.
Chest rising as your natural breath rhythmically expands and contracts.
You are in a state of total tranquility,
Open to the incredible wisdom of your body.
Allowing yourself to be fully present in this potent space of inner connection.

Who are you at your truest essence?
Casting aside any conditioning,
Fears or limiting beliefs.
Allowing your true nature to come forward.
Creating a statement in a positive,
Simple,

Your affirmation may be some version of the following.
I am worthy,
I am loved,
I am enough,
I am healthy,
I am trusting,
I am open,
I am abundant.
Choosing any of those that might feel good to you or choosing something else that feels more aligned.
This truth will lead you past your fears and limitations and into the land of highest good and highest potential.
Proclaim it with absolute conviction knowing that it is true.
You get to be this by choosing to believe the statement you are choosing to embody your highest self who is capable of overcoming all limitations and can guide you to doing the same.
Through this shift you are remembering your wholeness,
You are returning to love.
See it written now on the back of your eyelids believing it with intense conviction.
Feel it in every cell of your being and become it.
Releasing any attachment as it now travels behind the veil of conscious awareness.
Creating transformation at the deepest level.
You are worthy and prepared for all of the love and abundance you wish to receive.
You have all the tools within you to succeed.
Bringing a little bit more awareness to your breath now.
Watching it as it fills your belly and let it go out through your mouth and through the nose ever so gently starting off slow and out through the mouth and through the nose,

So I want to bring a little bit more intention,
Breathing in deeper,
See if you can expand that whole belly and release.

Releasing anything that is no longer serving you.

Letting these sounds cleanse your aura,

Seeing your whole body lying on the floor surrounded by a beautiful bright light.
Breathing in the beautiful light,
Feeling it radiate throughout your entire body with the frequency of love and abundance.
Watching natural breath arising within you.
Every cell in your body is breathing in incredibly bright light.
The light intensifies and grows with every inhale.
It dims and shrinks with each exhale.
Gathering awareness of your body once more,
Seeing each cell glowing with radiant light,
Calling your affirmation back to your awareness.
See it written into the walls of your heart,
Repeating it three times in your mind with absolute conviction.
Feel it vibrate into every cell of your being.

Gathering awareness of your body's edges as you notice your breath,
Feeling the contact points between your body and the surface beneath you.

Listening for sounds within and outside the room.
Sensing the closest object to you.
Sensing your container of skin and clothing that encapsulates your body.
On your own time,
On your own pacing,
Slowly rolling to your side,
Cradling your body in fetal position.
Feeling your breath,
Listening to the beating of your heart,
Keeping your eyes closed.
Slowly moving into a seated position as we move into a few moments of quiet meditation.
In this cleared space of absolute tranquility,
You have cultivated the perfect conditions for meditation.
