Hello,

This is Rev Skip and welcome to Wellness Wake Up for Your Spiritual Life.

So before we dive deep into our contemplative meditation for today,

I want to review a couple principles about our spiritual wellness.

Number one,

Spiritual wellness is a system of faith.

It's our practices.

It's what we believe.

It's what we value.

Our ethics,

Principles,

And morals.

When we are creating a practice or upleveling our spiritual wellness,

It's very important to understand what we believe creates our external life.

What we value is what we radiate energetically,

And this is a frequency and a vibration that brings us more of the same.

Have you ever heard the term living by your values?

It is a conscious decision to live by what we believe.

In other words,

We can say,

What do you stand for?

So I want you to research your value list.

Your value list is what you deem to be important.

Do you value compassion,

Kindness,

Love?

Do you value hard work?

Do you value service?

Moving to others?

Abundance?

Prosperity?

We get to create our life by what we value.

Let's talk about morals and ethics.

A simple way of remembering morals is what we do when people are not looking.

And ethics is what we do when people are looking.

Do we live by our moral standards or our ethical responsibility?

So I want to give you five practices to help us to cultivate our value list.

Number one,

Meditation.

We get to meditate and cultivate what is important to us.

Number two,

Prayer.

Our prayer life is when we speak to spirit and we affirm what we truly believe.

Number three,

Yoga.

Yoga is a physical practice of understanding our mind-body connection.

Number four,

Being of service to others.

And number five,

Mentoring.

Once we know,

We must teach others.

So our daily practice of meditation allows us to understand who and what we are and to remember that we are more than our external experience.

So we're going to dive deep into meditation today.

I want to evoke a book that I've been reading for a long time.

Don Miguel Ruiz.

The Four Agreements is a book that I have created my own value system.

And these four agreements seem so simple,

But we can dive deep and see where we could shift or grow or become better.

So let's get comfortable.

Go ahead and find your place you'd love to meditate in.

Close your eyes and go within.

Follow your breath.

Release the body.

Turn on the mind.

Throughout this contemplative meditation,

I will give you space for you to think and then to feel.

We begin in the head space,

But we finish within our spirits.

Begin to follow your breath.

Be willing to listen and receive.

The first agreement.

Do your best.

Am I consistently doing my best?

Is there a place where I could do better?

Number two.

Make my words impeccable.

Because my language and my words at the highest frequency and vibration are my words impeccable.

Thank you.

You You You You You You You Number three never assume You Do I assume or am I clear?

Do I ask for clarity when needed?

Do I assume or am I clear?

Do I assume or am I clear?

Do I assume or am I clear?

Do I assume or am I clear?

Do I assume or am I clear?

Do I assume or am I clear?

Number four,

Don't take it personal.

What others think about me,

It is their reaction towards me.

What others think about me,

It is their reaction towards me.

What others think about me,

It is their reaction towards me.

What others think about me,

It is their reaction towards me.

What others think about me,

It is their reaction towards me.

What others think about me,

It is their reaction towards me.

So I invite you to slowly bring your awareness back into the room.

I invite you to wiggle your fingers,

Move your head around,

And slowly open up your eyes.

Thank you for joining me on this meditation today.

I am grateful for you.

Until next time,

I'm Rev Skip.

And remember,

Transformation is a choice.

Be well.

Loved it. Read Four Agreements years ago. (I’m 72 now) Did not realize what an impact it had on me until you reviewed the agreements. Thank you! And I’ll do yoga more than once or twice a week.
