And welcome to your kindness,
Love,
And compassion meditation.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Maybe easy cross legs or laying on your back or maybe you're sitting in nature.
And if you can,
Go ahead and close your eyes and let's follow our breath.
Begin to breathe in and breathe out.
I simply want you to notice that you are breathing.
Inhale through your nostrils,
Exhale through your mouth.
And as you're breathing,
I want you to notice what does it feel like for the breath to enter into your heart center.
Your heart chakra is the energy of divine love.
So when we are meditating on compassion,
Kindness,
And love,
We can focus in on the heart chakra,
Which is the color green.
Chakra simply means wheel of energy.
So see a green circle or wheel moving clockwise in your heart.
And as this meditation continues,
The green ball of energy will expand.
This meditation has three parts.
So let's begin.
I want you to bring someone into your conscious awareness,
Someone you love,
Someone you find so easy to be around.
I want you to see this person clearly from your third eye from your third eye and from your heart center.
I want you to think about some area in their life that is requiring compassion and love.
And as you breathe in and as you breathe out,
I want you to imagine a flow of energy and green light moving from your heart to their heart.
I want you to see this green light that's circling this person,
Creating a ball,
A bubble of energy.
This field of light and vibration is expanding around them,
Circling around their body temple and flowing into their heart.
With your mind and your energy,
Send this person compassion and love and kindness.
Continue to follow your breath.
Continue to breathe.
I want you to bring into your conscious awareness someone that challenges you,
Someone that triggers you,
A person that you find challenging to love.
Bring into your mind and your consciousness.
And once again,
Breathe in through the middle in through the heart chakra.
See the color,
The wave of green pouring from your heart into their heart.
The green light is now beginning to circle around them,
Creating a ball of energy,
All of love,
Kindness,
And compassion.
Send that person a love mantra.
I bless you and I wish you well.

Send healing love of forgiveness.
Send a vibration of compassion.
Part three,
Bring yourself into your consciousness.
Is there a place in your life that requires more love,
More compassion,
And more peace?
Is there a situation in your life that's calling forth forgiveness?
Bring that situation yourself into your heart center.
See the heart chakra,
This ball of energy is circling clockwise.
Now see the green light expanding from your heart center,
Filling your body.
See your body being filled with compassion,
Loving energy.
Every inhale,
Every inhale,
The green light gets bigger.
And every exhale,
The green light gets bigger.
No matter what you're going through,
You deserve more love.
No matter what the person that triggers you is going through,
They deserve more love.
No matter what your loved one is going through,
They deserve more love.
Repeat after me.
I deserve more love,
Not less.
I deserve more love,
Not less.
I deserve more love,
Not less.
I deserve more love,
Not less.
Continue to feel the vibration and the energy of love and compassion that lives within you.
As you move through your day,
I invite you to be willing to share this vibrational field from your heart to others.
Take a deep breath in and a big exhale.
Slowly open up your eyes and allow yourself to return back into the space that you're in.
