Hey there,
This is RevSkip,
And I want to wish you a Happy New Year,
But also to welcome in a new you.
This guided meditation is to help us to tap into the energy we use to create the life we desire.
It's called intention.
Before we dive into setting intention for our new year,
I want us to look at the past year we've just experienced.
This has been the most challenging year we've ever had,
But I want us to focus on the lessons that we've learned.
This year we got a chance to rise up for social justice and equality.
This year we learned the lesson about healthcare and how to take care of our bodies.
We learned how to connect with each other without being in a physical space.
Quite a few of us created new ways of abundance to flow as our life.
These are all powerful lessons.
We redefined who and what we are.
And again,
These lessons are not done.
So I want to give thanks for the previous year,
And begin with even higher frequency.
So I want to give you a few quotes by teachers who have been teaching intention for years.
The first two quotes come from Gary Zukoff.
He is the author of The Seed of the Soul.
In his chapter entitled Intention,
Gary writes this,
Your disposition,
Attitude,
And aptitude reflect your intention.
You create your reality with your intention.
Wayne Dyer in his book called The Power of Intention,
Intention is not something we do,
But an energy we use to create the life we desire.
He also talks about the face of intention,
Which I also call the characteristics of the divine.
These divine qualities are the energy that lives within us.
There is no spot that this energy is not there for.
All these qualities live within us.
Creativity,
Kindness,
Love,
Beauty,
Expansion,
Abundance,
Prosperity,
Plentitude,
Grace,
Grace,
Divine power.
There are so many qualities of the divine that lives within us.
Because this energy is our life,
We can tap into this frequency or vibration,
And it becomes an outpicturing to create the life we want.
Another word for intention is source.
Carlos Castaneda writes,
Sorcerers are those who live of the source.
Source power,
Divine energy,
Intention,
It is all the same.
So as we're creating the life that we want for this new year,
Let's tap into source energy for guidance and power to manifest the life we've always wanted.
So three questions I want you to answer as we move into this new cycle of time.
Number one,
What is it I truly desire?
Number two,
Why do I desire it?
Number three,
How will it serve humanity?
We must be very clear what we are desiring to manifest.
And once we have gained clarity,
We then begin to ask ourselves,
Why is it we want what we want?
And once we're clear,
We must ask,
Will this serve the greater good?
We're all connected.
Before we go into our practice,
I want to talk to you about the VIP status.
VIP is an acronym for vibration,
Intention,
And power.
Remember to keep your vibration and frequency high.
What we think and what we feel will create the life we want.
We set our intention from this vibration and the power to create your life is within you.
So let's meditate.
So I invite you to get comfortable.
Find a place that you'd love to meditate in.
We all have our favorite spot.
And as we begin to settle in for our practice,
Be mindful of the curvature of your spine.
You can do that lying down or seated.
It's completely up to you.
But I want you to get comfortable.
Get to close your eyes and follow your breath.
In this contemplative guided meditation,
I will bring forth a word or phrase.
It will begin in your head space,
But allow to drop into your spirit.
Give room to feel what you're contemplating.
So let's begin.
As we are creating the life we desire for this new year,
What qualities are you willing to activate as your life?
More love,
More joy,
More peace,
More creativity,
More beauty,
Abundance,
Prosperity.
You choose what is the quality that you're bringing forth into your new year.
And as you are creating the life you desire for this new year,
What qualities are you willing to activate as your life?
More love,
More joy,
More beauty,
Abundance,
Prosperity.
You choose what is the quality that you're bringing forth into your new year.
And as you are creating the life you desire for this new year,
What qualities are you willing to activate as your life?
More love,
More joy,
More beauty,
Abundance,
Prosperity.
You choose what is the quality that you're bringing forth into your new year.
And as you are creating the life you desire for this new year,
What qualities are you willing to activate as your life?
As we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
We contemplate,
How does this quality show up as my life?
And how will it serve me?
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And the final question we get to contemplate,
How will this divine quality serve humanity?
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
And as we continue to set our intentions,
We go deeper into this space of life itself.
So I invite us to begin to come out of this meditative state.
We can wiggle our fingers,
Our toes.
We can move our head around.
We can deepen our breath.
I invite you to feel this energy,
Feel the practice.
You are taking ownership of your transformation.
The creation of your new life in this new year begins today.
I'm Rev Skip,
And remember,
Transformation is a choice.
Namaste.
