Hey there and welcome.
I'm Red Skip and I want to invite you to this light meditation.
This meditation today is about focusing on the light within that heals us,
Creates us,
Guides us,
And loves us.
So I want you to find a comfortable space where you can relax the body and open up your mind.
If it's right for you,
Go ahead and close your eyes and just begin to breathe.
And as you begin to breathe,
I want you to think about deep breaths.
So maybe we breathe in for four counts.
Let's try that together.
Inhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Release your breath.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply through your nostrils for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Now exhale slowly for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Allowing the breath just to resonate with you.
Allow the breath to anchor you into a place of center.
In your mind's eyes,
I want you to imagine a radiant ball of warm golden light above your head.
See it glowing brightly and feel its comfortable presence.
Take a breath in,
Exhale.
And then I want you to take a moment to see this bulb light over your head beginning to descend,
Beginning to cover your head.
Imagine this bulb light glowing as it's descending,
Moving towards your head.
And as it descends,
Feel the sense of relaxation,
Calmness spreading through your body.
Take a deep breath in,
Big exhale.
As this ball of light continues to descend,
I want you to see it glowing even brighter.
Feel the energy,
Feel the healing sensation.
And as it continues to descend,
It continues to grow.
And in your mind's eye,
See the bulb light is now covering your whole entire body.
Feel its warmth,
Feel the healing energy that surrounds your head,
Your shoulders,
Your arm,
Your knees,
Your back,
And feel any release of any tension or discomfort.
Now imagine this light that's flowing around you.
It is now flowing in you.
See the light that is glowing and flowing through your body.
Feel the energy,
Feel the healing,
And relax into it.
Every muscle relaxes.
Any stress is being released.
Feel the energy going up and down the spine.
This is the healing energy.
Let the light just bathe you.
Let the light love you.
Now see the light illuminating through and as you.
You are the light.
See the warm,
Translucent light moving through each and every cell,
Each and every muscle,
Each and every organ within you.
Now stay with the light.
Place one hand at your heart,
One hand at your belly button.
Take a deep breath in,
Big exhale,
And repeat after me.
I am the light.
I am the light.
I am the light.
I allow healing to begin now.
I allow healing to begin now.
I allow healing to begin now.
Take a deep breath in,
Big exhale.
You are the light and you can allow healing to begin now.
If you're ready,
Simply open up your eyes.
Bring your awareness back into this present moment.
Carry the sense of healing light with you throughout your day.
At any time,
You can always come back to the light.
