I invite you and those listening or watching to find a comfortable way to be in your body.
And that might be seated,
Or you can move onto your back,
Or you can stand or sit in a chair.
Find a comfortable way to be.
You can close your eyes or soften your gaze,
Or perhaps you prefer to find a grounding focal point in your space.
You can let your hands rest wherever feels most comfortable for you at this time.
And turn your attention to your breath and begin to feel your inhales and exhales.
And now begin to deepen and lengthen your breath in your body.
Offer a longer breath in,
Longer breath out.
As you deepen and lengthen your breath,
Begin to notice how you feel.
You might notice your physical body and any physical sensations that are present.
Take a moment to notice any emotions moving through.
Thoughts might be moving through your mind,
And if you notice thoughts,
Just note the quality of the thoughts.
Take a moment to notice how your spirit feels.
And now bring your awareness back to the breath,
And take a moment to let your body breathe.
Just take a moment to let your body breathe.
Now as you breathe,
Take a moment to connect to your higher self.
Sometimes this is above energy,
Below energy,
Energy that is in the center.
Take a moment to connect with your higher self and just see if there's anything your higher self wants to communicate with you at this time.
And now take a moment to call in any ancestors,
Spirit guides,
Or energies,
Or deities that you would like to bring into this space for our time together.
Now bring your awareness back to the breath and take five deep cycles of breath.
And continue to breathe,
And as you're ready you can blink open your eyes.
You can take a moment to reorient to the space around you.
As you reorient you might notice any colors in the room or objects.
If you're outside you might notice the colors outside,
