This journey is to support your connection to yourself through deeply grounding with the Earth's energy. Creating a moment to breathe and to be still calling yourself home and to open up the innate ability to remember the wisdom (language) of your body. Allowing you to release that which no longer serves and to create a compassionate and invigorating space for yourself through visual imagery and your felt senses and the heartbeat of the drum.

Welcome to this guided journey.

This journey is for grounding and reconnecting you to the wisdom of your body.

I invite you to find a space where you can relax,

Get comfortable and be undisturbed for the duration of this journey.

Let's start with taking some deep cleansing breaths in.

And out.

Inhale deeply.

.

.

And exhale deeply.

You might find that your mind is still active and that's okay.

Give yourself a moment to arrive.

Breathing in.

.

.

And out.

Follow the way the breath moves through your body.

You may notice where the breath flows with ease or where there is congestion.

Observe this with curiosity and try to surrender and allow your breath to move with ease.

Gently breathing in.

.

.

And out.

So we are going to undertake a journey with the intention to ground and reconnect yourself.

.

To calm feelings of anxiety,

Stress or overwhelm that you might be tapped into right now.

Place your hand on your heart.

This time is for you.

Breathing in.

.

.

And out.

Feel your heartbeat.

Breathing in.

.

.

And out.

Imagine a place in nature that you love.

This can be a place you have been to or one you wish to visit someday.

This place re-energizes you.

It deeply nourishes you.

Look around you.

What is the landscape like?

Open up all your senses and take in the beauty that surrounds you.

What is it about this place that you love?

Bring your awareness to the earth.

What does the soil feel like beneath your feet?

Is it firm?

Are you walking on pebbles or on grass?

Open up your senses.

Do you hear the wind move through the trees?

Or the birds singing their heartsong?

As you breathe in.

And out.

Reconnecting you to your senses allows you to remember all the ways your higher self.

Your intuition communicates with you.

Take in the vibrance of this space.

It is a safe and sacred place for you.

Breathing in.

.

.

And out.

Now look around you and find a place where you can sit down or lay down comfortably.

Placing your hand on your heart and one hand on the earth beneath you.

Connecting you to the heartbeat of the earth and to the heartbeat of the drum.

As you breathe in.

.

And out.

Now imagine that from the bottom of your feet.

.

.

Your growing roots which you are sending down into the earth.

See or perceive them move through the layers of the earth in whichever way comfortable for you.

Sense the roots move deeper and deeper into the earth.

The earth that supports you,

That offers you the foundation and all blessings.

It is a deep fertile space.

Imagine your roots connecting now to the bedrock,

To stones or roots of trees nearby.

This connection reminds you that we are all connected.

That there is no separation between you and all of life.

Showing you that you are held and that you are fully in purpose as you are.

Allow this connection to take place.

Breathe into it.

Then draw your attention back up to your body.

Bringing your awareness to your emotions,

Your feelings.

Is there anything you wish to release emotionally?

Observe what arises but don't judge it.

If something comes up,

Work with your intention to release this like a layer of clothing or like a jacket.

You may wish to state,

I am willing to release that which no longer serves me.

That which has been weighing on me emotionally.

And then take off the layer and allow the earth to absorb this and to transmute it into blessings.

Now bring your awareness back to your body.

Has there been anything weighing on you physically?

Any aches or pains that have come up?

Take a deep cleansing breath in here and on the out breath release the layer onto the earth.

You may wish to state,

I am willing to release that which no longer serves me.

That which has been weighing on me physically.

And then release.

Release.

And release it into the earth.

Let's bring your awareness to your mind and ask yourself.

Where have I engaged in my limiting beliefs,

Self-sabotage and judgment of self and others?

Where have I projected or reacted towards others?

Rather than responded from a heart centered place.

Observe this for a moment and hold compassion and kindness for yourself.

On the next inhalation you may wish to state,

I am willing to release that which no longer serves me.

That which has been weighing on me.

Now sense that layer,

Feel that layer drop into the earth as you inhale and exhale.

Releasing overwhelm,

Fear,

Anxiety.

Breathing in trust,

Compassion and kindness.

The earth has been transforming all you have given her and turned it into nourishment,

Into blessings.

Ready for you to absorb into your being through your deeply anchored roots.

So drop back into your roots now and absorb to refreshing nectar.

Pull it up through your roots.

This nectar is empowering,

Deeply grounding and loving.

The earth is providing you with her unconditional love.

Feel or sense it move upwards through the layers of the earth.

All the way up through your legs filling your being with vibrance,

Support.

Through your tissue,

Your bones,

Your organs and your cells.

Revitalizing your energy field.

Soothing you.

Knowing that the grounding energy moves through you.

Release the roots and pull them up.

Breathing in and out.

Look around you once more and see the beauty that this sacred place reflects back to you.

Know that you can return to this journey and to this place at any time thanking this sacred place for this moment.

It is now time to bring your awareness back into the room,

Into the here and now.

And it is done.
