Imagine that you are in a beautiful garden.
Find a place to sit down on the earth and experience your surroundings by opening up all your senses as you breathe in and breathe out.
Place one hand on the earth and feel the support the earth offers us unconditionally.
Now take a deep breath in and gently follow this breath.
Move through your body as you place your other hand on your heart.
Each breath you take,
You create space in your body,
In your being,
Space for you to be.
Now holding the intention to release that which is not serving you anymore,
That which you are willing to release and let go of.
So as you breathe in and out,
Feel or imagine this weight being released into the earth,
Where the earth offers you her continuous support and deeply ground you.
So release,
Release and let go.
Now feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,
Re-energizing your being.
Absorb this refined light,
This energy and breathe it in,
Welcome it with an open heart.
It's raising your vibration,
Bringing light into your body as you continue to breathe this in and breathe out.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
In and out.
Now gently bring your awareness back to the here and the now.
