In the spirit of the Radical Embrace, we start this beautiful meditation by noticing and welcoming whatever is present in us right now. We ground to tune into some of the qualities of the earth - stillness, stability, and steadiness. We then invite the breath and awareness to meet each other and observe the sensations of breathing in the body. Next, we start opening to different sensations - hearing, sight, taste, smell, sensations on the surface of the body, and, finally, being open to all sensations coming and going; simply being open to this sensational life in our sensational body. This meditation has extended periods of meditative silence and, as such, it is best suited for regular meditators.
