Connecting with the qualities of stillness in the ground beneath us.
And spaciousness all around and above.
And beginning to connect with the breath.
She's always there as an anchor in the practice.
And perhaps letting the breath support awareness to drop into the heart center.
Just noticing how you are just now.
And then from the heart center just beginning to imaginatively use the breath here even.
Expand and broaden awareness outward beyond the boundaries of the body.
And if you are someone who likes to visualize you can even imagine that you're sat in a clear deep blue endless sky.
A space that's infused with matter,
Loving kindness.
Letting yourself completely and fully inhabit this space.
So you might already be in touch with aspects of your experience right now.
Some pleasant,
Some unpleasant,
Perhaps some neutral.
And the invitation just now is to see if you can't hold all of that in this broad open awareness.
Allowing you to all be just as it is.
And perhaps for the parts of you that are hurting that you're experiencing difficulty in any other way just gently leaning in with well-wishing.
You might even find it helpful to place a hand somewhere that is calling for attention.
Perhaps where there's contraction or tightness.
