
Releasing Limiting Beliefs
A meditation to deeply ground you by using visualisation, guided meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra-inspired techniques. Let go of your limiting beliefs, worry, and fear as you reconnect with your creative energy and your intuitive insight. Best listened to when lying down in a comfortable position. Enjoy.

Welcome to this meditation for self-acceptance and emotional awareness.
Use this time now to get comfortable in your chair.
Perhaps you'd like to sit up or feel free to take this time to lie down comfortably.
With your hands outspread from your body and your feet uncrossed.
Perhaps you'd like to get some comfortable cushions for underneath your knees or support for your neck.
And use this time to adjust your body so you are deeply comfortable as you embark on this journey of true self-acceptance.
Start to bring awareness to your breath.
Focusing your mind down to your abdomen as you're starting to feel the subtle changes of your stomach rising and falling with every breath you take.
Feel your stomach rise as you inhale and fall as you exhale.
Without control or manipulation just be aware of how your breath is.
Now consciously start to slow down your breathing as we inhale for 5 seconds.
2,
3,
4,
5.
And exhale for 6 seconds.
2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
And repeat this 3 times at your own pace.
And exhale.
And again.
Remembering it's okay for your thoughts to come and go,
Just connect back to your breath to bring you back into the present moment.
I'd like you to make a commitment now,
A commitment to stay perfectly still for the rest of this meditation.
I'm going to guide you through an awareness right now in order for us to deeply relax our body before we start diving deep and pulling out unwanted energy,
Unwanted limiting beliefs,
Unwanted thought process.
As I do this I'm going to call out a body part and I'd like you to repeat that body part in your mind after me focusing all of your energy on the area that I bring your focus to.
Taking a deep breath in.
Exhaling through your nose.
I'd like you to bring your focus to the big toe on your right foot.
Your second toe.
Your third toe.
Your fourth toe.
Your fifth toe.
The sole of your right foot.
The top of your right foot.
Your right ankle.
Your lower leg.
Your right knee.
Remembering to let your mind come and go just kind of back to my voice back to your breath to bring you back into the present moment.
The top of your right leg.
Your right hip.
Your whole right leg.
Your whole right leg.
Your right thumb.
Your right index finger.
Your right middle finger.
Your right ring finger.
Your right baby finger.
The palm of your right hand.
The back of your right hand.
Focusing on your wrist.
Focusing on your lower arm.
Bringing awareness to your elbow.
Your upper arm.
Your shoulder.
Your whole right arm.
Your whole right side of your body.
Bringing your focus and attention to the big toe on your left foot.
Your second toe.
Your third toe.
Your fourth toe.
Your fifth toe.
The sole of your left foot.
The top of your left foot.
Your left ankle.
Your left lower leg.
Bringing your focus and attention to your knee.
Your upper leg.
Your hip.
Your whole waist.
Noticing how your body is getting heavier.
Sinking into the chair,
Sinking into the bed or floor.
As you bring your focus and attention to your left thumb.
Your left index finger.
Your middle finger.
Your ring finger.
Your baby finger.
The palm of your left hand.
The back of your left hand.
Your wrist.
Your forearm.
Your elbow.
Your upper arm.
Focusing your attention on your shoulder.
Your whole left arm.
The whole left side of your body.
The whole back of your body.
Feeling the support underneath you as you lay down or lie back on a chair.
Your abdomen.
Your chest.
Your shoulders as they relax deeper as you lie here.
Your neck.
The back of your head.
Your face.
The top of your head.
Your whole body.
Your whole body.
Allowing your energy to feel deeper.
More relaxed and grounded as you're lying here in this moment.
Feeling the weight of your body as it's surrendering every second of this moment.
I'd like you now to roll your eyes upwards and inwards towards your third eye.
The space in between your eyebrows.
And I'd like you to imagine that you're standing in a filing room.
A room filled with different cabinets and files.
And these files are your thoughts,
Your memories,
Your experiences from the past,
From the present and from the future.
I'd like you to go to a cabinet where your limiting thoughts,
Your self-doubt,
Any worry or fear resides.
And find yourself standing in front of that filing cabinet.
Once you are there,
I'd like you to open up the fear,
The doubt,
The worry,
The limiting belief that you no longer want,
You no longer desire in your mind,
Your body,
Your energy.
And I'd like you to open that file and see what it says.
What old pattern of thoughts are there?
What limiting beliefs are you ready to let go of?
As you see the words in front of you.
I'd like you now in your mind to say,
I am open.
I am committed to letting these thoughts,
These worries,
These fears go.
I am open.
I am committed to letting these thoughts,
These worries,
These fears go.
And when you're ready,
You look to your left hand side and you see a shredder.
Make your way over to this shredder and as you there visualize yourself popping in the file of your limiting beliefs,
Your worry,
Your doubt,
Your self-doubt into the shredder and hit the button that says delete.
Notice your body relaxing.
Use your exhale breath to expand this energy of delete.
Removing any limiting thoughts,
Worry that was embedded in this filing cabinet out of your body with your exhaled breath.
These are no longer your pattern of thought.
These are no longer your beliefs.
You can stay in this moment and perhaps there's more to delete.
So make your way back to another filing cabinet and anything you no longer want to have in your energy,
Your mind,
Your limiting belief,
Your worry,
Your self-doubt receive,
Retrieve that file and bring it over to the shredding machine where you can remove them once and for all.
Feel the words on the page before you start to delete them.
When you're ready,
Place them in the shredder and hit that button that says delete using your exhale breath to expand that energy of cleansing this emotion from your body,
Your mind.
Now I'd like you to visit the filing cabinet where it has the label or the title that says confidence,
Creativity,
Skill.
I'd like you to make your way over to this filing cabinet and as you open it,
You're going to find the tools you need to uplift,
To motivate,
To expand your energy here and now.
Open the cabinet and see what skill or creative energy jumps out at you.
Hold that energy.
Hold that energy.
Open the page.
See what's there,
What insight is there for you.
I'd like you now to find the comfortable position in that filing room where all of your skills,
Where all of your desires,
Where all of your dreams reside and leave that new file with this new skill,
This new insight with everything else that you hold dear.
This is a new energy that you are awakening.
This new creative energy that you are awakening within.
You are filling the space that once held any limiting belief,
Fear or worry.
You're filling it with this gorgeous energy of creativity,
Of trust,
Of desire,
Of passion.
You are filling it with this gorgeous room for intuitive voice that's going to expand every single day.
I'd like you now to imagine that this space were held all of your secrets,
All of your wisdom,
All of creativity.
That is the energy flowing through your body right now to every cell,
Fibre,
Muscle,
Organ of your body.
This creative energy,
This loving energy,
This joy that resides within the space that you have created.
Now I'd like you to go to the file that says future.
As you walk over to the file,
You're going to open it and see one thing that you want in your future and it has already happened.
Open that filing cabinet,
Open that file and see what insight is there for you.
I'd like you now to bring that file over to the sacred space where all of your creativity,
All of your skill,
All of your dreams,
All of your insight resides.
And place it with them.
This is your sacred space.
The more you expand on this energy,
The more this energy flows through your mind,
Through your body,
Through your energy.
Feel that gratitude reside inside.
Feel that energy of peace,
Creativity,
Love and joy as you are creating your own future in this moment.
Imagine yourself standing there with your eyes closed,
Absorbing all of this insight,
This wisdom.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
I'd like you now to imagine you're leaving this filing room,
This room where you can attend any time to cleanse,
Reorganize,
Adjust,
Expand,
To create,
To create.
The thoughts and life that you desire.
It's there to access any time you desire.
Bringing your focus back into your body as you take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing any tension,
Worry or fear once more from your body.
And as you inhale,
I'd like you to imagine you're pulling that file,
Pulling that creativity,
Pulling that energy through your body,
Down out through your feet,
Into the earth.
Anchoring you to this beautiful intention,
This beautiful insight that sparked through you.
As you're rolling your eyes back upwards and inwards towards your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows,
I'd like you to repeat after me.
I release limiting thoughts,
Worry or fear from my body through my breath.
I am the master of my mind.
My soul is the master of my mind.
I am not my limiting thoughts.
I use love and peace to expand my energy.
I am not my limiting thoughts.
I use love and peace to expand my energy.
Rolling your eyes down to your feet,
Feeling how your body is as you're rested here in this moment.
Being aware of your hips,
Your back,
Your neck and shoulders as you take one more deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you start to bring your own awareness and energy to the room and space around you.
Being aware of the sounds you hear,
The aromas you smell.
Being aware of your own breath in this moment as you take one more deep breath in through your nose and out through your breath out through your mouth.
You may now wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers as you're bringing your awareness back into the present moment once more.
Remembering that you are not your thoughts,
You are your intuitive voice,
Your creative energy and you can tap into this energy at any time you desire.
