
Non-Sleep Deep Rest Yoga Nidra For Deep Restorative Sleep
This track is a yoga nidra and NSDR or non-sleep deep rest meditation track designed to help you reach a delicious state of relaxation, and if it visits you, sleep. The track is intentionally short. If you find that you don't fall asleep during this time, get up and do some small, mundane task for a few minutes. Make sure there are no harsh or bright lights on, and that you do something boring. Come back to this practice every day as you will see the results compounding daily, and you will find it easier to fall asleep each time you listen to it. You can also add it to a sleep playlist with different practices in order to be able to continue the process of relaxing and falling asleep without having to look at your phone to change meditations and thus introducing light into the eyes.
