Make A Decision

Have you been stuck and unsure of a decision in your life right now? This guided meditation with visuals and sounds will help you access your heart center, and from there build the decision-making muscle. Write down the options of the decision you need to make before starting this quick, ten-minute meditation. And remember there's no need to put pressure on yourself. At the very least this meditation will help you know what is in your heart.

Hello. Welcome. My name is Simone and we're about to go on a very beautiful journey. Over the next 10 minutes we're going to invite in the energy of making decisions. There's going to be a lot of periods of silence and listening deeply and occasionally I will guide you through the process. My hope is that by the end of this recording you will be able to enter into your life with a new type of energy. The energy of making decisions. And as a gift to anybody who listens and leaves a review, I will pull a tarot card specifically for you and the decision that you are making today. So when you leave the review just mention you like a card. Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths as you are breathing. I want you to have in mind a decision that you need to make that you're unsure about. Keep this decision in your mind as we go throughout this meditation. In. Out. In. Out. In. Out. You may now close your eyes and look around you in your mind's eye. You're standing on a beach and there's a boat in front of you. Listen to the sound of the waves and your feet in the sand as you approach this boat. It's a small rowboat and you sit inside it. You begin rowing to a small island that you can see in the distance and as you make the passage across this water you feel yourself entering deeper into your own heart. Entering deeper into the fire that is within your belly. The fire that is within you. As your boat approaches this island you realize that this island is representative of your heart. You see all of the greenery lush and beautiful representing the loving energy of your heart. Not far away you see a path up ahead but as night has fallen you must strike a match and light a torch in order to be able to see. As you walk forward towards the path, Your torch in hand, You can see two items. It's an apple and a banana. You know you must choose only one so you pick one up and take a bite and continue walking down the path where you have another choice. You can see two beautiful pencils. One is red and one is blue and you know you must choose one so you pick one up and put it in your pocket. You keep moving forward. You see in front of you a picture of a snowy cabin and a beautiful beach hut. Which picture do you want for your next vacation? You pick it up and put it in your pocket knowing that no matter what decision you make you haven't made the wrong one. Walking further along the path you now see tickets to go out to see a movie or a date with a loved one at home watching a movie. You choose which one you would prefer for Saturday night and you're getting stronger as you walk up the path. Every step bringing you closer and closer to the center of the island where you can begin to see a red glow from the distance. Each time you have to make a choice you're faster, More decisive, And clearer in your choice. You walk up the path and you can see their house in the mountains or a house near the beach and you choose one for your dream lifestyle. As you get closer to the center of the island the air suddenly changes and you can smell fresh dew as you realize that the Sun will be rising in a few hours and that the moment for the light to shine down on you is coming. But for now it's still dark out and as you get closer to the center of the island you see a bonfire. Large, Wild, Mesmerizing, Deep, Warm. But there's just one more decision to make before you can approach the bonfire and it has two options. Only you know what they are. You may find yourself immediately moving towards one of the options even so slightly that it's almost imperceptible. Where do you watch your eyes going at this time? You have one of the options placed on the left and one of the options placed to the right. Watch your hands, Watch your face, And watch your eyes as they move towards one of the decisions. You find yourself picking it up and putting it in your pocket with the rest of your decisions. You may now move toward the bonfire watching as any doubt may be burned away with the decision that you made in your pocket. Positively stirring… brilliantly gentle, explorative and immersive. It has been so incredibly challenging to decipher what I truly want and desire, what is meant for me (without my head getting in the way) about pushing myself into creating a baby on my own (with health/age risks) or being patient and waiting till it feels better and not so alone. Or is it even my path to take?
It has been so painful grieving a dream that has died, growing and being in a family that I so longed for, and how that wasn’t possible… and now being older and with more risk and not having solid plans with a partner, it’s still too soon… This meditation gave me a much more definitive vision. It’s been years of grappling since the divorce and I have a perfect child already- why want more? I often wondered if it’s ancestral…
I can now feel more in to not wanting to be lonely/alone through such a meaningful moment. I want to be with a partner otherwise it doesn’t feel right at this time.
Even if this child is meant to come… It seems like they are not meant to come in that way.

I rate this meditation a 5 because it helped me feel in my body which one of the two options I should choose. I would love a card reading.
I am choosing if I should continue to train my horse or not. He is showing me subtle signs of pain. But the signs could also be young horse behavior.
